Just a couple of weeks ago he was one of the sickest babies in the unit, and now he is at the top of the list to be transferred over to the same unit that Lindsay is in! This is huge! As soon as a new baby comes in, he will be transferred. Hopefully they will be able to get them close together! They have twin rooms, but they are very hard to get, but since we are going to be here for a while longer, I'm sure that we will eventually get a twin room.
His new bed is really good for him! It really will help him grown and will help keep the germs away from him. It's basically a glass house that warms the air around him to keep him warm. It makes it hard for us to get to him, but it's better for his development.
He's also gaining weight and growing! Now that he's not so sick, he can focus his energy on growing and developing! Also since he has been put on the CPAP we don't have to wear the gowns and gloves anymore!!
Please keep praying for him. We still are hoping to get them home by Christmas!
I think that I like my new bed! It's really quiet in here!
