I went and spoke with the social worker on the case that said she had closed the case and it was out of her hands.

The events caused me a great deal of strain, I had to travel to PA to see my dying grandmother. When I returned , six weeks later, all the while keeping in touch with Jo, the doctors put me on a medication that I was highly allergic to, I spent practically a month in the hospital.

I tried to make arrangements with GYMC but their "discounted rate" was still well out of my financial reach.

In November, about 2 months after getting out of the hospital both my grandmother's died within 2 weeks of each other. I called Jo hysterical, begging to see Severn. She showed up at my apartment, I was so happy to see Severn. I showed her around my place, it was a surprise visit. It gave her a good chance to see how I lived. Michael printed her an 11X14 picture of Severn at the Alamo. We were kind and generous to her. She said I could come to her work at the Nursing Home and visit with Severn. I exercised this from the end of November until May. In March I began meeting with Severn's social worker. She watched me interact with Severn and conducted to meetings between Jo and I . Jo refused to leave Severn alone with me. The only way I could see him was to volunteer at his school. I did this on three occasions before I went into status Elliptic and got Mono. Making driving or being around others( especially children for at least 60 days. I couldn't drive for One year. I called Mrs. Jo Watts 12 times over the next three months. I called the social worker twice, I called his school twice. I never heard back from Jo Watts until November. Here are the emails begging Jo to please bring Severn to Austin for a Visit. She never responded until November. Please Note during this tiem, I contacted over 50 lawyers, applied for legal aid 3X's, visited a was adviced by Wendi-Floyd Bailey at the Hays Count Crisis Center, went to 4 different legal "workshops" where I was told "I needed an attorney to file papers". I wrote the Judge once a month. Emailed the clerk once a month, contacted every Government official I could think might help me. Including the state Senator. Click here to read our emails

UPDATE!!!!! TOMMY WAS ARRESTED AGAIN recently for a warrant for violation of protective order. He had the nerve to ask me to drop it. I can't it is the state vs him!
