Final Custody Orders

THIS IS THE FINAL ORDER for 9 months I went to TX to meet with the social worker and see my son the social worker said she wasn't qualified to do the evaluation that is why I filed a motion to modify. I put in a motion to set but received a letter from the opposing attorney stating that "he wasn't accepting notice on behalf of the opposing party..."if Dawn Watts intends to pursue a motion to modify then proper service will need to be made under Texas law" (end quote) I think it is important to note that CPS and the social worker both testify to my compentancy at the final hearing.
