壓力

最近好多學生跳樓,其實我當年讀大學都好大壓力!

個陣入U無耐,真係好大壓力,乜都無時間做,真係得閒死唔得閒病,要搵方法處理.咁 HKU周圍都貼好多 COURSE出黎唔使錢比人上,咁我就明明無時間都報左個壓力處理班啦,無時間都要死 D時間出黎架,唔係點啫!

個 COURSE好似係4,5堂每堂一個鐘,話佢無用都有 D用既,教下深呼吸靜坐冥想咁啦,都可以減下壓既.好似到左最後一堂4,5條友得番一兩個,去到課室阿SIR同另外果個未到,咁我一個人就靜靜地諗下野啦,諗諗下比我叮一聲諗通左喎!

我發現其實好多感覺都係自己搵D野去比較先產生既.好似悶,係你諗番D興奮既時候黎比較,你先覺得悶,唔去比較,就唔會覺得悶.節奏慢,你諗D快既時候黎比較,你就覺得慢,但如果你同D更慢既比較,佢又唔慢囉喎!壓力都一樣,你去諗番D輕鬆既時候黎比較,梗係有壓力啦.咁唔去比較,咪唔會有壓力囉!

於是我就叫自己提自己,一發現自己有壓力,去比較,就即刻叫自己唔好比較,唔好諗:死啦死啦,好多野無時間做呀,死梗啦!改為諗:嘩!好多野做呀!好!做完呢樣做果樣,做完果樣再做呢D,之後再做果D,比心機,衝呀!

跟住上堂同個阿SIR講,佢仲話我好野,咁都比我諗到!

初頭幾次都要提自己:嘩,我咁樣諗喎,唔得,要咁諗至得!之後習慣左,都唔使提自己,直接就用左後面個種方式去諗,之後三年大學,都無晒壓力啦! YEAH!

如果大家有壓力,可以試下我呢個方法.希望呢個方法對你都有用啦!比心機,衝呀! Vo.*~
