上次講減肥,有樣野漏左,就係假肚餓.食飽之後3,4個鐘會覺得肚餓,唔使理,原來假既.5,6個鐘又會肚餓,呢個真既.
所以食完晏,4點零鐘肚餓,唔理佢過一陣就無野.6點零又肚餓,可以食生果或者幾塊餅.
7,8點食完晚飯,11點幾又肚餓,又唔使理,咁就可以去到點零鐘先瞓覺都得.
千祈唔好食宵夜,除非晚飯真係唔夠飽,最多食兩塊餅干就夠.
就係呢個假肚餓,令到好多人越食越肥.以後知道原來根本唔使食下午茶同宵夜,咁就唔會再變肥佬啦!
