又減肥

今日去做GYM,一磅,151.8!

雖然無舊年咁勁,減左廿磅,不過都減左八磅,哈哈哈,呵呵呵!

不過又唔覺瘦左,條腰無細到喎?瘦左去邊呢?肚腩好似細左小小,唔通個肝瘦左?

舊年既白粥+炒粉麵方法已經習慣左,成四個月一D用都無,所以今年年頭開始又轉方法---唔食早餐,午餐晚餐照食,食到飽.

其實以前D人,甚至而加鄉下,由瞓醒洗米煲粥洗菜煮早餐,到灘凍煲粥食得,都要個零兩個鐘啦,我又瞓得晏,又唔係體力勞動,坐3個半鐘之嗎,係初初比較餓D,習慣左都無乜野,不過超過4個鐘就唔得啦,會頭暈.

而且咁樣仲可以提醒自己窮人日日捱餓有幾慘,所以我建議政府高官同權貴有錢佬都應該學我,就算放假都唔食早餐,咁就有可能講番D人話.

仲有最緊要,早餐乜都唔食,都要飲一杯水,水份好緊要架!有無大便都靠呢杯水架!

最後都係呢句啦,體質因人而異,所以唔好盲目學我,多謝大家.
