In level four Drill Instruction, cadets learn how to teach a drill lesson. They learn about instructional techniques applying to Drill and mechanical aids to Drill. Once the cadets complete their classroom training, they have to teach a 35 minute Drill mutual.
In level four Citizenship, cadets learn what a memorandum is and how to make one. They also learn about meetings; people present, how to conduct a meeting, etc.
In level four Physical Fitness, cadets learn about minor team games, officials, components of a physical activity session, and the Air Cadet Fitness Programme.
In level four Sensible Living, cadets learn how to make a cirriculum vitae, how to make an employment letter, and how to present themselves for an interview.
In level four Leadership, cadets about morale and esprit de corps, interviewing and counselling, performance evaluation, and planning an activity.
In level four Instructional Techniques cadets learn about problem trainees, the teaching lecture method, and the demonstration-performance method.
In level four Meteorology, cadets learn about the atmosphere, clouds, fog, precipitation, and temperature.
In level four Navigation, cadets learn about aeronautical charts, basic chart information, navigation plotting and plotting equipment, and navigation terminology.
In level four Aircrew Survival, cadets learn how to select a good bivouac sit, elements of a bivouac site, and how they can contribute to the Survival Exercise.
