In level two GCK, cadets learn about proficency level two training and summer camps available to level two cadets; the partnership between DND and the Air Cadet League; Sea and Army cadet rank structure; ACL and DND personnel; and Canadian aviation history.
In level two Citizenship, cadets learn about forms of government; how Canada is governed; community groups; and the environment.
In level two Physical Fitness, cadets learn about the Canada Fitness Award Program. At the end of their training, the cadets will be required to take a fitness test. Badges are awarded to those cadets who meet the requirements.
In level two Sensible Living, cadets learn about nutrition; and fire prevention and safety.
In level two, cadets learn how to develop confidence and prepare a speech; they practice saying phrases to make sure they are easily understood when speaking; if needed, the cadets learn about stage fright.
In level two Principles of Fight cadets learn about the four forces acting on an aircraft in flight, and flight characteristics.
In level two Propulsion, cadets learn about types of aircraft engines; four stroke engine; types of internal combusion engines; how the four stroke engine works; and the function of oil.
In level two Radio Communications, cadets learn the phonetic alphabet and phonetic numbers.
In level two Aircrew Survival, cadets learn about shelters, snares, and hiking techniques.
