Potato Soup: Donated by Toni Sabol

4 medium size Potatoes
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 Cup Water
3 Cups Milk
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

Pare and dice the potatoes and onions. Cook in water until tender; mash, then return to water. Scald the milk; add. Add butter, seasonings, and heat thoroughly. Serves 4.


Shrimp Dip: Donated by Marcia

1/2 co. Heinz Chili Sauce
1 8oz. package soft Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Teaspoons Horseradish
1 4 1/2oz. can tiny Shrimp, rinsed and drained

Mix chili sauce and cream cheese, add mayo, onion & horseradish. Gently stir in shrimp.


Zippity Do Dip: Donated by Toni Sabol

8 oz. package Cream Cheese
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Ketchup
1 Teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
1/8 Teasoon Onion Salt
Dash Hot Pepper

In small bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers, crackers, or pretzel sticks. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.

Fancy Vegetable Dipper Ideas: Broccoli buds, carrot sticks or curls, cauliflowerettes, celery fans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, green onion blooms, green pepper strips or rings, radish roses, zucchini sticks.
