URGENT!!! ... EMERGENCY!!!

EMERGENCY NOTICE!!! ************************

Please note the following is an accounting by myself, the owner, of episodes of impossible, shocking and criminal circumstances that have ocurred especially starting August 3, 1999 through present. It is what I believe to be an objective, fair and non-oppinionated accounting of my emergency circumstances! Just follow the links in the order presented for chronological and background accounting of the events as they have been unfolding. Take your time as there is much here and I am constantly making additions. . . .

Circa August 15,1999:

As many of you already know this company has been put into an impossible ordeal.

Due to the circumstances which we will relate in detail in future versions of this web page, in the above news and urgent selections, we have been suddenly slammed into an immediate cash demand of $1000.00 by one of our creditors. THIS COMPANY WAS TO HAVE THIS MONEY DEPOSITED WITH SAME CREDITOR BEFORE 7:00 P.M. MONDAY, AUGUST 23, 1999 OR FACE SILENT BID AUCTION OF APPROXIMATELY TWO THIRDS OF OUR COMPANY'S PHYSICAL PROPERTY RESOURCES ON SEPTEMBER 2, 1999.

It is important to note that if we are to continue our approximately 18 years of service to the Chicagoland- Southwest Suburbs that we secure same monies preferably no later than 6:00 P.M. MONDAY, AUGUST 23,1999.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone who has appreciated our services over the years can assist us in a private LOAN derived from a single source or multiple sources or help by spreading the word and perhaps getting donations, and help us end this very tragic string of events and avoid protracted litigation which no one really wants or enjoys. Your EMERGENCY help will be greatly appreciated!

Of course any amounts over and above this minimum would be greatly appreciated so we can sustain ourselves after this immediate hurdle and get back to normal. To quell any further complications an additional $500.00 to $1000.00 would insure a realistic recovery for the present and immediate future.

If we can get 2,000 people giving $1 each or the like we can lick this problem. If names are included with donations they will be paid back as soon as this company can establish a normal cash flow again.

UPDATE: As of Monday, August 23,1999 at 7:00 P.M. No monies were received and no response was had from parties believed responsible for instigating same crisis. No response was had from the creditor in charge of this scenario. I will be watching the situation keenly tomorrow, Tuesday. Messages have been given representatives of above parties.

UPDATE 8-25-99: The storage company has indicated to a representative of mine the following:

A) The unit I leased is behind in rent over $1500. The storage company made an agreement with me that I would pay $1000.00 by 8/23/99 and then would pay double the normal rent monthly after to catch up: i.e.: $230 per month. They will not budge on this agreement. The process has already started. Unless I come up with the money needed by 8/23/99 then the property in the unit will be sold by silent bid at an auction on September 2, 1999.

If I have a place to put the things in storage then I can come and clean out the unit completely in advance of the September 2nd date. Other than this option, without income, there is nothing that can be done to change the timetable.

B) I leased or used another unit under cover of another party. The police locked the unit for 30 days with the understanding or instruction that the other party and myself would work out what to do with the property in the second unit. The 30 day lockup ends September 5th. If agreement hasn't been reached by that time between me and the other party, then the storage company will begin charging the other party monthly rent again. The other party has indicated he is not willing to continue paying so eventually my property under the other party's cover will eventually be auctioned off as well.

The storage company indicated that the other party does want to talk with me and has indicated he is still positive towards me. The other party would like a witness present when he and I discuss the situation.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION FOR CONTEXT: **********************************************
As you may know, this company was ruthlessly knocked off its Ameritech phone service a year ago this month due to their sudden and contrived immediate demand for $389.00. They used same to justify the turn off of not only this company's primary phone link in Naperville, Illinois but also two other lines in good standing in Lemont and Joliet, Illinois. At the time this company offered to sign over checks third party from our customers to resolve the problem immediately and were denied same option.
This company is doing all it can to resurrect itself and re-establish its normal and more fruitful avenues of communication. This company was on a notable upswing last year but was deliberately tripped up by dishonest enforcement of policy and state law especially in Dupage County, Illinois and at Ameritech.
This company will endeavor to put liens on property, homes, bank accounts and the like so to secure the funds that have been criminally denied us for legitimate services rendered and insure repayment to those who will help in this emergency at present. All this takes time and the present creditor is presently not going to wait!
