* Parts have a manufacturer standard warranty or 90 days from the date of purchase which ever applies.
* If your equipment breaks down after repair we will charge you labor only, (not another initiation fee), on an hourly rate on same failure if and only if the failure is due to the warranted parts prior installed by us. The reason we warranty this way is due to the rare possibility that undetected secondary problems still exist or secondary problems occur when the equipment is put under normal load with a new part. Sometimes other hidden problems in addition to the original problem occur and will be dealt with as if a continuation of the original work if same occurs within a week of completion of the original job! "Acts of God" are exempt from warranty especially if the customer did not exercise due care, (such as using proper surge protectors), to prevent same failure or if same failure is due to abuse.
* We service your equipment at your location and will remove same only if it proves to require special or factory attention.
* Due to the ever changing circumstances in travel, parts availability, other project load and the like, we reserve the right to reschedule or extend the completion date on your equipment and likewise reschedule your appointment if necessary as we never do know just how long a prior project or your project might take! However, we do our best to expeditiously handle your project on a first come first served basis and integrate you into our schedule fabric so to attempt to effect that goal.
* Payment is expected on a per visit basis. Please be prepared to have cash ready each time we visit!
* Payment by U.S. currency is the preferred medium of exchange but in some cases we will take checks when necessary if an atm or cash station is not available.
* We do pursue bad checks and debts vigorously!
