CHARGES

Our rates are as follows:

FREE ESTIMATES:

Free estimates are given via E-Mail or the Phone. They are approximations of the cost of the job based on our experience with similar problems as you have described. If upon arrival and initial hands on evaluation we find circumstances other than what you described to us we reserve the right to reestimate your project based on what we have ascertained. Please keep in mind that estimates are generally allowed a 15% overrun but we strive to make your investment cost effective!

INITIATION FEE:

$40.00 (Minimum charge whether we come to do the job or you cancel after making the appointment. NOTE: This is NOT a service call fee!) We give you the first half hour free upon arrival. This fee covers the cost of the time setting up your appointment and fitting it into our schedule, the time spent on locating service information, lining up tools, parts and supplies that might anticipate and give expeditious solution to your particular circumstances and the time to travel to your location.

HOURLY FEE:

$25.00 per hour for any time on your project after the first one half hour.

PARTS AND SUPPLIES:

Charges will be as stated to you after determining need. Parts and supplies are provided at cost plus the hourly labor fee to get them and are shown as a combined amount per item. Sales tax paid at the vendor is included!

SPECIAL CHARGES:

If you want parts special ordered via overnight delivery or second day delivery or the like, charges will be billed you at the rate of the carrier providing the delivery and will be over and above or additional to the normal parts/labor prices and estimates given!
