is a residential setting that is home for 27 adults
with varied physical disAbilities.
Staff are on site 24 hours a day
to assist with:
life skills
attendant care
occupational therapy
communication
Volunteer and vocational opportunities as well as
recreation & sports outings are ongoing
in support of resident's requests.
Community Living Project
11 West Street
This supportive housing setting offers
private one bedroom apartments for 17 individuals with
varied physical disAbilities.
All tenants live individual, independant lifestyles
with the support of on-site staff
24 hours a day.
Tenants self-direct their care,
which may include such things as:
lifts, personal care,
meal preparation, shopping,
light housekeeping, laundry,
and doctor's appointments.
Attendant Care Outreach
Persons 16 years of age and older
who have a physical disAbility,
and who reside in Brant County are eligible for service
which could be provided in their home,
place of employment and/or educational setting.
