SHANIA WON 2 GRAMMY'S!Shania WON 2 grammy's at the 42nd annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles! She won for: BEST FEMALE COUNTRY VOCAL PERFORMANCE "Man! I Feel Like A Woman!" | BEST COUNTRY SONG "Come On Over"! Congradulations! Shania's award for Best song was on the pre-televised Vh-1 telecast. Shania and Mutt were not in attendance to accept the award. During the show, after a performance of "Let Me Let Go" by Faith Hill, Shania won Best Female Country Vocal Performance.Clint Black, and Lisa Hartman-Black accepted the award for Shania. Clint Black then made this comment: "Shania is at home waxing her belly". Too bad Shania was not at the Grammy's, we could finally see her ascend the stage at the Grammy's. But no fretting, I predict that next year will be a HUGE year! With the release of her smash 4th album, I am sure she will sweep her nods at the 2001 Grammy's!

category. It was great to see the ACM finally give Shania the credit she
deserves, especially on a night when Alan Jackson, George Strait and
others used the show as a soapbox to deliver not so subtle criticism of
Shania and others who have experienced success in and out of country
music. Shania sure has stirred things up in Nashville and I for one love
it!
SHANIA TWAIN Shania's Come On Over stands at selling 17 Million copies and is currently tied with Alanis Morisettes "Jagged Little Pill" for all-time best selling album ever! The album has shattered many records, including the record setting number of weeks it was atop the country charts.
