T remor Text Messages Make select messages on your page shiver slighly to draw attention to them. See our above header for the effect.
W e have tested the code in IE5.5, IE6.0, Firefox0.9.1, Opera7.54 and Netscape7.02. This script worked well in all platforms with the exception of Opera7.54 where it will "Not" work.
D epending on your knowledge of HTML and java scripts, this is an easy, two part copy and paste code with the only reconfigurations are that of what and where to position the "Tremor" messages. The first part of the code gets pasted into the
section of your document and the last part is to add and position your "Tremor" messages within the
section of your document. The site you get the script from has an excellent howto on installing this effect if you have any problems with it.
Y ou can have this effect associated with text, links and images. Just have the
section of the code reflect the code for the link, image or text. If you do not understand how to add the image or link into the code, see the below examples.

I f you are going to add more than one of these effects to your page, be sure to reflect the change in the
section of the code and number them in sequence. In other words, if you are going to use three 3 of these effects on your page, the second and third effect will be reflected by the below changes. It is recommended not to use more than 3 of this effect on a single page.

Your Text Here
O n a technical note that was asked to us a few times.
"When adding more than one of these effects to my page,
do I add the
section of the script as many times as I
want this effect to be seen also?"
In a word NO. The
section of the script is used only once, it does not get added for each effect within the page.
T
his script does make use of the BODY onload event (window.onload). If you have another script on your page that does the same, one of them will not work. To rectify this problem and allow more than one script to make use of this, see the below link on howto.
