We came up with this idea to offer you a place to put your add banner. So now we can offer you totally free a place you can add your own banner and get more exposure for your site. This is not an exchange program, nor are there points or credits involved, just a place you call home for your banner.

he only criteria we have for the banner placement is that your banner must be

Y our site must be able to be viewed by young and old alike, no pornography, no provocative sites or banners or adult sites or links to adult sites. After we review your banner and site you will be notified that your banner will be posted if it fits the above criteria. At the present time we cannot accept any applet banners and request you design your banner at the links that are furnished below.
Instructions
G o to one of the below links and design your banner. Once your are satisfied with your banner, save it to your hard drive and send it to the Consigliere™ Ltd. attached to an email. Include in your email your name, site URL, site name and a short description of your site. Upon receipt you will be notified that it was received. You will not get a (to coin a phrase) "computer generated message" but an acknowledgement by a real person.

ince this is not an automated system everything we do is manually so it will not be an instant response. We at Consigliere™ Ltd. believe in the "personal" hands on approach versus the automated, generated responses of a computer.
