My Trebuchet
This be my flinging machine, Dunno what I shall fling yet. But so far i have flung 4-5 lb rocks about 200 feet or so successfully.
I have always wanted one since before moving out here to the country. Well FINALLY I had to build one. They are hard to find at Walmart and Canadian tire. $10 worth of wood, 3 lb spikes, 4 hours and some sunny sunday afternoon boredom...Voila!! I figger it be good for flinging large spuds, small punkins, turnips, frozen flaming horse poop in winter perhaps :-)
This is in testing stages. I still have no weight to the other end so it is manually driven. No critters were harmed in this (so far), nor I.
