Go around the level killing the small ghosts around the Mansion. After you kill enough, you'll here a chime. Now go back to the main room and there will be Big Boo. Three hits kills him.
For this star enter the shed outside. Ride the elevator down and enter the door. Now go around until you find a door. Enter it and you should be on Big Boo's merry-go-round. Kill all te little ghosts until Big Boo comes back for round 2. Three hits kills him again.
For this star go to the room with the big book case and three books jutting out. Hit the books in in the right order and the book case will move revealing a star.
Go around collecting eight red coins. There are some in the coffin room too, if you're missing some.
For this star you must go in the library. Now, you'll see a wooden platform in the corner. There is a higher platform that you can wall kick to. Wall kick up and go through the door. Enter the double doors and fight big Boo for round three. After you beat him he'll put the star high up on the roof. Long jump to the right and run up to the top to get this tough star.
For this star you must get the vanish cap. Get the vanish cap and get to where the double doors are in the upstairs. There is a Ghost Covering his eyes that's actually a door you can walk through. Do that and run circles around the eye to kill it and there's your star.
It is possible to get 150 coins on this level!!
