My Campaign/DMing

• My core campaign has been running on and off since 1996-1997. My style of Dming (foolishly or not) places alot of the power in the hands of the players. I derive almost all of my plotlines and character hooks on previous PC actions. I try to keep the characters intregal to the development and design of the world. Some things I throw in are unexpected but their choices in the end effect what happens.

  My Playing Style

• I am a storyteller, anyone who has played in my campaign probably knows this. So when I'm not DMing and get the chance to play, I like to focus on the story. Who is my character, how does he react to the situations he's put in, and why does he react that way. Where does he come from, what's his past, does he have a happy past or a dark one? These are the things that I enjoy in a character. And I tend to rationalize the actions of my character based on that story. So I guess my true style of game play is Storyteller/Method Actor with just a dash of power gamer. (Everyone crunches the numbers a little)
