Business Warranty and Policy

PARTS: We use only "OEM" Original Electronic Manufactured parts when possible. We may use or substitute generic or universal parts on some repairs, minor repairs or parts NLA. All parts or materials used are of first quality, and are covered by the manufacturer warranty, or shop warranty if specified on invoice, usually 30 to 90 days. (Only parts installed or replaced are covered). If we have to order parts, most orders arrive in 3 days - regular ground service. Parts that are back-ordered may take extended time for availability & shipping. If parts ordered are cancelled, or sent back, you may be charged restocking fees. Warranty only applies to damaged or defective parts. No refunds on approved parts installed, and then declined.

LABOR: All work is performed by qualified technicians. Our minimum labor fee is $40. We value our time as you do, so to provide quality service and keep our charges as low as possible we only provide a limited warranty on labor charges. No claims, warranties, or refunds will be considered without your invoice. If a problem does arise within (30) thirty days after a repair has been performed. Please call our office as soon as possible to report the problem. We will be happy to check it out again at no charge.
If the symptom or malfunction is from the original repair, we will repair it at no extra charge. If the malfunction is caused form another circuit, or damage, additional fees will be charged. Please note: Different circuits may produce the same or similar symptoms.
All warranty repairs (Labor & Parts) will be VOIDED, if any repairs are attempted by anyone other than us!
Warranty only applies to the original circuits repaired. Other charges may apply, depending on repair status! We will make every attempt to satisfy our customers. We may provide a refund at our discretion. Some repairs may not be covered under any warranty. If so, it may be noted on the invoice. Warranty applies only to original customer, and will VOID if sold, or given to someone else. By signing claim ticket, you authorize us to provide repairs to your set.

In Warranty Repairs: All repairs provided by us, covered through any Warranty service are the customers responsibility. Customer agrees to pay all parts and labor charges if any Warranty Co. or Manufacture does not pay for charges due. By signing the claim or invoice indicates you have read, and agree to the terms of this policy.

Net Accounts (Credit Account): All credit accounts setup with us are due in full within 30(thirty) days from invoice date. Signature required on invoices to pickup electronics. If Business, and, or Company does not pay for charges due, customers signature guarantees payment of all charges due. By signing the claim ticket or invoice indicates you have read and agree to the terms of this policy.

Credit Cards: All credit cards, pre-approved by phone for service calls, POS, and or repair work will be electronically debited and approved. You (the customer) agree to our Business policy, and credit card policy, and guarantee payment of said funds. Any charge backs or declined credit cards are your responsibility. Your credit card approval means you agree to pay for any and all charges due. By paying with your credit card, you accept the above terms.

Check Policy: If your check is returned for any reason, you are required to pay the full amount of the check, plus $25.00 fee, plus court charges, or the legal limit permitted by your state law. For a (NSF) non sufficient fund check, this merchant may debit your account electronically by the amount of the check plus $25.00 fee or the legal limit permitted by your state law.
If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, we will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $25.00.
By paying with your check, you accept the above terms.

All service call estimate charges are non refundable - Service call charges paid, may be applied to total charges if repaired, at our discretion. (The fee for a service call is for trip charge & estimate time to check unit).

All shop estimate charges are non refundable, but may be applied to labor charges if repaired.

We will not be held responsible for any damages to, or from, resulting from a damaged or defective set that has not been repaired by us. Any damage to customers property that is a result from there damaged or defective set is there responsibility. We assume no liability for damages.

We will not be held responsible for tapes, or DVDs left in units, we will try to save them. We receive electronics in here that may have physical damages, dings, scratches, or other cosmetic damages; we realize most are unavoidable. We will not be responsible for any scratches, dings, or cosmetic damage to any electronics brought in for repair. We cannot hold goods after (15) fifteen days from date of estimate - depending on repair status.

We will not be held responsible for any goods uncalled for after (15) fifteen days. Storage fees may apply if units are picked up after 15 days, unless arrangements are made. All units or goods left will be sold or discarded at our discretion! No warranty, refunds, or credit exchanges without customer invoice. We appreciate your business.

Repair & Storage Policy: (15) Fifteen Days Estimate: "Diagnostic Charges & Fees"

Units dropped off for an estimate or repair is subject to an estimate (diagnostic) charge. All estimate fees must be paid when units are dropped off. Estimate charges must be paid in advance before any unit can be checked out. A portion of the fee is applied toward disposal of the unit if not picked up for any reason. All estimate (diagnostic) fees are non refundable. All estimates paid may be applied to total charges if we repair the unit, at our discretion.

Our policy is that if a unit is not picked up, or any arrangements made to pick up the unit. It will be sold or discarded at our discretion "after (15) fifteen days" depending on repair status. * If after (15) fifteen days you request to pick up the unit. The following charges will apply. Storage fees, parts fees (if any), and or repair charges. No exceptions.

*Storage Fees: After (15) Fifteen days, storage fees will apply until unit is picked up. Note: *Units may already be sold or discarded. We value your business and we apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks for your indulgence. All current charges and terms are subject to change without notice.

*"Unit", "Units" or "Goods" = any and all electronics. Signing the front of Claim or Invoice indicates you have read, and agree to the terms of this policy. Policy may be amended at any time without notice.
