| What parts do I need to buy for my B16/B18C/B18C5/H22?
The parts for these motors are the same as in the US models. On the B16A/ A2 , parts from 93+ Del Sol VTEC (DOHC) will work for replacement, maintenance, and performance parts. The Intakes and exhaust manifolds use the same bolt pattern on most 1.6-1.8 DOHC motors (excluding the ZC). For a performance intake however, you should get the one for your made for your vehicle not the one made for the B16, because the piping is specific to your cars frame. The same applies for the H22. Get parts for a 92+ Prelude VTEC. |

| I found a motor for a lot cheaper, why should I buy from JDM Engine Dynamics
Some other companies sell motors that do not come with the ECU. Though it seems like a bargain, keep in mind that ECU's sell for up to $500, especially for DOHC VTEC motors. Not many places will sell just the ECU if you don't buy the engine along with it. This makes up for most price differences you see. If you do find a deal that is better, and comes with everything we include, by all means go for it. Make sure it's a reliable source though, that tests the motors they sell. |

| I have the motor, do you sell just the ECU and Tranny? I'm doing a conversion, do you sell just the head? I just need the motor, do you sell that by itself?
On some occasions we have an extra ECU, tranny, or motor and can sell it separately. You must call for availability and pricing because these items are not always available. We also have B16A heads/ pistons for sale to complete the ever popular LS/VTEC conversion. JDM Integra Type R and Civic Type R cams, and pistons are also available for individual purchase. |
