Experience:

Rae has been teaching guitar since 1987.  She has a B.F.A. from CornishCollege of the Arts in Seattle Washington.  Rae is a very patient and experienced teacher.  In addition, Rae is an accomplished guitar player. After graduation from Cornish College she with her band, Talamasca, signed with Italian record label, Mellow Records in 1994.  Her dynamic playing shines through on the "Rights of Passage" CD.  Her electic guitar playing on with Talamasca was a cross between Yes, Heart and Pink Floyd, from soring leads to subtle acoustic passages.  At about this same time Rae hooked up with college friend, Brian Oates to form the classical guitar duo, Four Hands Twelve Strings.  They play several weddings and private parties a year.  Her first album as a as singer/songwiter(and guitarist of course) was self released in 2005. She is cuurently writing songs for her next CD release.
