This renovated 1900 gambrel home has four spacious, fully furnished apartments to offer. Three apartments are located in the main house and one private cottage is in the rear. Each apartment has a full kitchen, bath, living room, and sleeping accommodations to suit. Cable television is included. Guests may gather on the large porch before or after a day's activities to enjoy the view of this old New England beach community.

Summer rentals are from June 30th to Labor Day. Winter rentals are from September to June 30th.

  • DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

    A 50% deposit is to be submitted along with reservation. The balance is paid upon arrival.

    A 90% refund will be given upon written notice two weeks prior to originally planned arrival date. There will be a $10 service charge on all refunds.

    AREA ACTIVITIES
    Animal Kingdom Nubble Lighm

    The Rhodeside Guest House is located in York Beach, just a brief two-block walk to summer shops, restaurants, convenience stores and the beach.

    For the young and old there is also York's Wild Animal Kingdom, a movie theatre, bowling alley and a video arcade.

    Outside the area, but only a few minutes away, is Historic York Village, which was settled in 1630, Ogunquit, Wells and Moody beaches, Nubble Light House, daily fishing trips, the Kittery Outlets, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire's historic Strawberry Banke.

    More local activities can be found at the York Chamber of Commerce the Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce or the Wells Chamber of Commerce.

    York Beach is in Southern Maine, just a twenty minute drive from the Pease TradePort, forty-five minutes from the Manchester Airport, or an hour from Logan Airport in Boston. Take the York Exit off Interstate 95 (also known as the Maine Turnpike-- exit before the first toll) to US Route 1 North. Travel 3 miles, pass York Wild Animal Kingdom. Turn right on US Route 1A. Passing the York Police Station on right, the Rhodeside Guest House will be on left on corner of US 1A and Freeman Street.   Map
