AMERICAN Spirit U50 3 Wing

A bit of history.

This hull started life in 1989 as SPEED SPORTS U19 with the team colors of lime green & white.
It made a 4th place showing at the Tri-Cities and a 5th place at the Gold Cup in San Diego, becoming the best new team for 1989. The hull was extensively modified using state-of-the-art technology for the start of the 1990 season.
The 1/5 as it is painted in the American Spipit colors, was the owners choice. The full size hydro never raced in these colors.
