Opening up a shop is a sure way for you to gain profit. Ask any rich Neopian out there how they make the G's, they'll probably tell you to open up a shop and resell items. If you are lucky enough to catch a Neopian Shop restocking, here are a a few tips to help you with shopping!

1. Shop restock times are now completely random. So be sure to check often enough. Although be careful with the number of times you refresh every five seconds, as you are liable to be "Shop Banned" if you refresh more often than necessary.
   
   
2. Here are a few of the shops that would guarantee you profit if you happen to catch any item on sale: The Neopian Book Shop; The Chocolate Factory (most dark/orange/mint chocolate and candy); The Magic Shop.
   
   
3. If you are unsure whether you will be gaining profit from the item in the shops, check the shop wiz first before investing on an item for resale.
   
   
4. The best times to restock on items are usually during the morning hours (1am to 4am). Neopets seem to run faster at these hours. (Probably because most of them kids are asleep! hehe...)
   
   
5. Watch out for Half Price Day! It falls on every third of the month, and all of the items in Neopian Shops are sold 50% off! A perfect time to get your shopping faces on!
   
   
6. It helps to have a fast connection! Rare items usually restock one at a time, if you see one, grab it and hope your connection doesn't hang while youre haggling.
