- Appearance: Long bangs fall over the shonen's eyes, protecting him from the hateful gaze of a hateful world. His lengthy hair rains about his head, but stopping before it drips down his neck. Over his white school shirt is a dark jacket with cuffs just a little too big for a person his size. His pants..... er.... his pants... buckles... I... can't describe. ^^;;; But that's why there's a picture up there, you can see for yourself. ^^; Otherwise, he is often seen smoking a cigarette; "Mild Sevens" are his favorite ^_^;
Alternate Appearance: Still retains his other jacket, but worn differently as in the style of Sho Retsuka (**), the man whom he admires the most. The jacket is now worn over the shoulders, catching the wind like a [hero's] cape. Shirt is neatly tucked in and the pants are reverted to normal black slacks. At his left side rests Sho's ultimate weapon of spirit, the holster carrying his modified six-shot revolver magnum, the tool with which he carries out his justice.

- Bio: Bio: And who can understand the world better than G_O_D himself? What defines Him? Omnipotence. But the truth holds pain as well as mere information. Yuusuke is merely one who has fallen from grace, tainted by a reality he did not need to fully understand. His best friend, Sho Retsuka, is gone, and he eternally mourns his loss. Torn between the world he wants and the world he receives, life and wish slowly become intertwined in a neverending maze of insanity. What does it take to seek that one magical thing called [shiawase], the total and complete definition of solace? He no longer fully understands the direction of his existence, but he does seek a final resolution to his hatred. And thus, he seeks the mythical icon that he hopes will bring forth everything he's ever wanted. But then, he must also question just how far complete fulfillment of every want and need of God's petty creation can define his life, if at all...
Perhaps someday, he will find what he's looking for.
- Intro: Intro: Coming without care, goal, or fear, Yuusuke seeks the intangible wish of the innocent child. Driven merely by [Dream], his passion is his fuel; he holds no remorse for those imposing his aspiration.

In the background can be heard the innocent shouts and cries of the everyday human being, the ones who had not yet seen how horrible life can truly be. (Think "Rival Schools" with angst >P)

- Special Resources:
- Shonen no Yume. ("Young boy's dream.") In that illusion alone, every man is a hero. Every persona has worth and purpose because he has a dream of his own. This is the sole source of Yuusuke's power, from which he draws upon identity, hope, and faith. Size and strength become nothing. Self-perception, willpower, and passion become everything. And from that beautiful fantasia, he can be whatever he wants... (I don't quite mean that in a completely literal sense, but you could say that is where his power comes from. ^^;;)
- Openings:
- 1st Round: Yuusuke appears on screen dressed in casual clothes, indigo jacket, black polo, black slacks, rather proud/cocky attitude. Flash/eye catch blinks on screen, and Yuu suddenly doubles over as he clutches his head in his hands. His entire body abruptly arches backward as he floats up into the air, the signs of the Qabalah 'tree of life' tracing themselves about his atmosphere as six pairs of wings sprout from his back accompanied by a spray of blood. As his eyes go white (and his body is shaken by increasingly violent spasms), one of the wings spasmatically sheds its white sheen for the bat-like limb of the devil, the corruption with which tears the young boy's soul apart. The entire illusion begins to fade away, but not before our protagonist has become tainted with the promise of false fate. His clothes have now changed to the description(s) you read above, his posture primal and slouched, his eyes filled angst and self-loathing. Lost in the world of his own hate, he reluctantly looks up to his opponent to utterly destroy him.
- Standard: Starts looking in the opposite direction, smoking a cigarette. Casually ends his final puff and tosses the cancer stick to the ground, turning about to kill the obstruction.
- Vs. guys: "Ore ni omae no yume o misete." ("Show me your dream.")
- Vs. girls: "Shoujou to yume ga furutte iru... sore wa usotsuki da... " ("Young girls and falling dreams... they are all liars... ")
- Rare alternate: Starting out in Edge's (^) crimson armor (yup, green hair and all), Yuu casually and innocently stares off into the background without a care. Yujin (^) suddenly swoops in, jacks the [insanity] program in Yuu/Edge's hard drive, and Edge breaks down under the influence of the ecstasy, his armor giving way in a violent blue flash to Yuu's regular clothing.
- Vs. Wyvern Classic: Staring off into the background with hands stuffed casually in pockets, A pillar of blue light suddenly engulfs Yuu as it reaches up towards the heavens, his eyes glowing with the dark light of ecstasy. The scintillating tower fading away, Yuu turns about to face his associate.
Yuu:"Os, ore no tomodachi. Kore kyousou o owarimashouka na? ("Hey, my friend. Shall we finish this contest?")
- Vs. Sho-Yuu: Yuu prime starts out sipping a mocha while the other is strumming an acoustic guitar, sitting and leaning against [insert background here ^^]
Yuu Prime: "Saishu no uta o hajimemashouka?" ("Shall we start The Last Song?")
Yuu Other: "Ah. Ikuzo." ("Yeah. Let's go.")

- Standard: Yuu strikes a casual pose, looking away from opponent while pointing at them with an outstretched arm, letting the ends of his jacket blow in the wind.
Yuu: "Sakendayo. Omae ra mou shinda." said slightly slurred, thus the 'ra' for 'wa'
- Alternate 1: (15% chance of occurance) Yuu, still looking pretty angst filled and ready to pulp whatever's left of his opponent, is brought to a stop when Ami Isobune (**) dashes out onto the stage and gloms onto his arm. Even though he curses and scratches the back of his head in disdain, she just smiles and enjoys his company.
Ami: "Chotto yo~!"
Yuu: "Ch! Kimi nani o shite iruka?"
Ami: "Baka~, anta dame."
- Alternate 2: (10% chance of occurance) Yuu reverts to Edge armor/appearance (^), falls loosely to the ground, and Yoshime (^) dashes out on stage to grace her mechanical abilities over his burnt out being.
Yoshime: "Daijoubuka?!" (As she dashes over... )
- Desperation: Desperation: As Yuu stares off into the distance, Adam sheathes his blade and allows himself a light smile in his student's direction.
Adam: "Ii desu, Yuusuke."
Yuu: "Ch... sore wa joudan da."
- Perfect: Perfect: Adam's lengthy blade suddenly materializes in his hand (^) (for the record, an extended 6-foot No-dachi uncurved, has a light natural glow to it) and Yuu proceeds to swirl it about in fancy patterns before resting it casually from his left grip.
Yuu: "Fu fuun. Tsumaranakute yowai da."
- Draw: Draw: Yuu falls to his knees with head held in hands...
Yuu: "And is this petty existence worth living without the satisfaction of victory... ?"
- Flash Finisher: Flash Finisher: Yuu lends a sidelong glance to his defeated opponent, his body still sparkling from the strings touched in his heart...
Yuu: "Os. Play your own song."
- Time Over: Time Over: Yuu merely stuffs his hands in his pocket and mutters obscenities.
Yuu: "Kisama... kono kuso hito... "

- Character Strategy: Yuu's entire fighting style has excellent range and speed, but somewhat lacks in raw power. However, his specials and supers are on par with most others and his normal attacks counter his lack of strength in his special techniques, thus allowing his attributes to balance out overall. True] Self and Dreams] is purely based off of self-determination and drive to accomplish a certain goal, not so much a stance or technique. Driving one's spirit with instinct rather than working with one's logic, the efficiency of bodily action is drawn to a maximum. As a result, Yuu's stance is very base, relying much off of crazed swipes/punches and lots of throws (think Iori Yagami meets Orochi Yashiro ^^).
Yuu uses a lot of ground combos (granted easily because of speed), often linking into his command throws. He is best used on the continual offense, giving no quarter and expecting none in return. As a result, his defense is a bit below average.
And, if any of you have played a Dragon Ball fighting game before (ye gods, not the PSX or Saturn ones, those sucked beyond human comprehension. It's all about the classic SNES versions ^_^ And if you think those were fireball wars, then you obviously never played very well. ;P), you'll know that the level change is equivalent to flying, though in this version per-say it'll serve a purpose more like that of either a super jump or vertical air counter/escape. Yuu CAN fly, but only in the large-mecha-godlike-whatever battles (Think Vs. Bebii in DBFB... however awful that game was. ^^;). Also, in such a situation, his power is increased by Adam (^) for the purpose of leveling out the playing field. Note in these particular battles all of Yuu's attacks work in basically the manner... he's... . just really small and a bit more prone to damage than normal. ^^;

- Launcher: None.

- (F+P) Yuu grabs and headbutts his opponent so hard that they fly across the screen as a result of the recoil. (10%)
- (B+P) Smashing his opponent against the ground, Yuu draws back his arm in a spear of blue energy and brings it thundering down upon the unfortunate's cranium. (10%)
- Specials:
- Furutte Iru Tenshi no Hageshisa ("Fallen Angel's Fury") From the depths of his unfathomable hatred spawns the mystical flames of Hell's wrath. Clenching his fists and spreading his arms for mercy as he ascends towards the sky, Yuu cries out his helpless fury as he flies upward.forward and burns any descending opponents. Works basically the same way as a Shouryuuken, but incredibly hard to counter (at least on the way up ^^). (DP+P, 9%)

- Tenchi no Fukushuu ("Vengeance of Heaven and Earth," command throw) Yuu uppercuts his opponent into the air and off the top of the screen. Bringing a clawed hand before him, he causes the gravitational field beneath his airborne associate to increase in intensity by a thousand-fold. Thus, the fall back to the ground for the unfortunate other becomes further highlighted by the immense crater he/she leaves in the ground. (14%, QCF+P)

- Raijin no Ikari ("Raijin's Thunder [God's] Anger," command throw) Grabbing his enemy by the throat, Yuu hefts them into the air with one hand. At the apex of the person's fight, Yuu wildly slashes his hand towards the ground, bringing down a huge bolt of lightning that fries his opponent. (14%, QCB+P)

- Kichigai ("Madness," command throw) Psionically bonding himself with his opponent, Yuu begins tearing their mind apart with remnants of his own memory. Once his victim has gone thoroughly insane, he releases them and takes a short second to recover from the masochistic gauntlet. (15%, HCF+P)

- Honoo no Shinken ("Sword of the Inferno") Dashing towards his opponent in a holocaust of electricty, Yuusuke suddenly teleports to the opposite site of the screen and rushes them with his human lightning bolt. Upon contact, he engulfs the victim in a dark pillar of vacuum space in the shape of a mighty serpent that reaches towards the sky. (RDP+Dsh+Fre, 10%)
Range: Full screen, unblocked contact must be made in order for the latter effect to work.
- Tenshi no Seishin ("Angel's Spirit") Calling forth the mercy of his conscience, Adam (^) appears alongside Yuusuke to join the fight (ala "The Stand" from JoJo no Kimyou Na Bouken). Like the usage of The Stand, Adam increases hits, range, and nearly doubles damage (for normal attacks, increased damage for specials is minimal). And, like JoJo, Adam has his own "Stand bar" that works exactly like the one in the named game. (HCB+LC and the same can be done to unsummon the angel], --%)

- Mabataki ("Blink") Swirling Adam's blade, "Gunguniru," in a quick pattern about his body, Yuu cuts free the bonds of reality that hold the atmosphere about him to the real world. In doing so, he creates a temporal disturbance field that stuns and (meagerly) harms his enemy, should they be unlucky enough to become trapped. (RDP+ LC, 5%)

- Amuraeru no Jouhin (Amurael's Grace) Embodied with the power of a lost memory, Yuusuke plows across the screen in dashing punch of raw force, his entire body trailing with gravitional residue with the visage of a comet across the night sky. (F,B,F+ Dsh+Fre, 13%)

- Supers:
- Owatte Iru Joukuu ("Ending Sky") Lifting off the ground with the gathering of his trademark energy, the screen goes white as Yuu suddenly unleashes the full potential of his gravitational abilities. If it hits, he proceeds to manipulate the air about his opponent into a void, a makeshift black hole, imploding the character upon himself. When the concentration of matter has become too dense to condense any further, he releases the energies in a powerful explosion (Charge D, U+P+K, 20%)

- Na no nai ("Nameless") Without identity, without persona, self-definition ceases to exist. The remainder is nothing but a cold, emotionless shell of a man. Loosing all concept of himself and his name, Yuusuke becomes a machine of destruction, grabbing his opponent and throwing them straight into the far wall. Catching up with the limp body using unnatural speed, he proceeds in tossing them into the other side of the area. As the helpless victim recoils from the onslaught, Yuu lands one final blow as leaps high into the air and comes smashing down on his prey's head, screaming out his futility with eyes of white animal fury. (QCF+Dsh+LC, 35%)

- Seishin-Byou Kanja no Shonen ("Psycho Shonen") The wings of Death's legendary angel gracing his back, his singular pinion of devil's blood serving as his sword of justice, a brilliant shaft of heaven's richest blood flows forth from his outstretched hands, flaying all in its path. (QCF, QCF+P+Fre, 25%)

- Desperation:
- Katayoku no Tenshi ("One Winged Angel") Slashing out with Adam's mystical weapon, contact with the slash results in a automatic dual combo that Yuu performs in conjunction with his spiritual other. As two dancers in a ballet, they batter the opponent senseless with both normal blows and augmented attacks (Yuu using his power over the gravitional field, Adam using sacred energy). Whereas Yuu finishes with the "Furutte Iru Tenshi no Hageshisa" technique, Adam ends with a similar aura move that completely illuminates the screen with the seraph's clemency. (K+Dsh+LC, 60%)

"Saishu no Uta, The Last Song - In the ultimate realization of the shonen's [dream] all of his wishes finally come true. Yuusuke's sleek, indigo electric guitar comes forth from where there was once nothing, his arms spread wide to accept the instrument of final judgement. And as his fingers grace the taut strings, his deepest passions are expressed where words can find no place. A storm of infinite possibilities overwhelms his opponent, dominating him with sheer will, lacerating his own petty fantasy. This is the maelstrom of aspirations, his strongest desire and want manifested in reality. In the end, no one can bear the weight of another man's dream, and the other crumbles beneath the wild ambition... (QCF+P+K+Dsh+LC)

- Glitches:
- Vs. Replica (as seen in Replica's profile ^^;) : If Yuusuke opens with his standard opening, Replica will perform her 15% chance smoking opener...both of them apparently unaware of what the
other is doing. Suddenly, they pause in realization, staring at each other. Yuusuke scowls darkly while Replica gets an evil little look... The fight proceeds as normal,
but every time that Yuusuke uses his cigarette taunt, Replica immediately performs her opener again, blowing up a background throwaway/large area of landscape
every time. After three such exchanges, Yuu bristles in exasperation and roars, "Okay, now what the F*CK is wrong with this picture??" as Replica giggles
hysterically. If Yuu manages to pull off a super before the three exchanges have been performed, he will perform his taunt instead. If the cig hits Replica, the two
grimly lock eyes and then proceed with a vast cig-chucking war, Replica's attacks exploding as usual. The screen is eventually greyed out by huge clouds of smoke;
giant columns of fire can dimly be seen as the the attack continues. Once the air clears, Yuusuke can be seen laying the smack down on a prone Replica in a manner
similar to Yagami's SDM Maiden Masher], finishing in a burst of crushing gravity force as he yells, "NO ONE STEALS MY COOL SCHTICK AND LIVES],
DAMMIT!!" Replica wobbles back to her feet and coughs, saying, "See, kids? Nicotene addiction hurts everybody!" Meanwhile, the landscape now resembles a
section of the WWI No Man's Land, and the background people are all gone (except for Mari, who is an Important Background Character :)). If Yuusuke wins the
fight, his victory quote will change to, "Twelve godd*mn packs...for that."
- Motivations:
To quell his own insatiable thirst for solace, to capture the final prize of the tournament's ultimate power and give himself the happiness that has eluded him for eternity...
- How Yuu talks:
Often silent, gathering the words of others instead of ingratiating himself. However, due to short temper, he tends to become rather surly (and extremely violent ^^;) when prodded too many times. Otherwise, he speaks in a very cold, nonchalant, and blatant matter, as he despises people who "beat around the bush."
- How Yuu acts:
Yuu is incredibly anti-social, often opting to be lost in the crowd. He tends to have a short temper and little tolerance for immaturity, often resorting to rash methods to shut the mouth of the offender. He is very heartless and has little mercy for anybody, let alone himself, and almost always keeps a grim, stolid atmosphere about his being. Yet, deep down what he really needs is a [friend], because society's petty perception of love has already broken what little he has. Somewhere beneath all the barriers he has built to protect himself from the real world, he wants to believe in idealism, he wants to achieve happiness. Thus, despite the freezing exterior he puts up, he is looking for a platonic lover, for those are the ones who will never betray his soul.
