LSU completely dominates an inferior UL-Lafayette team, 48-0 | ||
In front of a crowd of over 91,000 in Tiger Stadium, the 19th-ranked LSU Tigers completely dominated an overwhelmed ULL Ragin' Cajun team with a 48-0 Homecoming win. The Tiger offense scored at will throughout the first half, collecting 41 points with three running and three passing touchdowns. LSU's defense was the most dominating unit on Saturday night. The Tiger D held the Cajuns to a meager 70 yards of total offense. At halftime, the Cajuns had twenty-seven total yards on thirty plays. (Full Story) |

the thick of things: predictions for the big games in week six |

After getting through those hated test weeks, I'm back to lend my unconventional knowledge to the college football prediction world. I did pretty decent in my first column and hopefully I'll continue the trend this week. SEC conference play is finally in full swing and we've got some great match-ups this week. The headliner has to be Georgia traveling to Tuscaloosa to face the Crimson Tide. There are also great games to be played between Arkansas and Tennessee, Florida and Ole Miss, and Mississippi State and South Carolina. (Full Story) |
