Male coach Tim Haworth started the following lineup: 6-4 So. Jordan Mitchell, 6-4 Sr. Jaymes Clark, 6-10 So. Trey Hillerich, 5-10 Sr. Cornelius Barnett, and 6-1 Sr. Keefe Braziel. St. Xavier coach Kevin Klein countered with 6-4 Sr. Jeremiah Jackson, 6-1 Sr. Connor Klein, 6-7 So. Jordan Jackson, 5-11 Sr. Chief Cameron, and 5-10 So. Josh Lindsay.

Male raced out to an early 28-13 lead and withstood a late St. Xavier rally to earn a 60-58 victory and the KOB championship. Male shot 45.1% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line. The Bulldogs connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 13 St. Xavier turnovers. St. Xavier shot 36.5% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc. The Tigers connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored six points off 10 Male turnovers.

Jordan Mitchell led Male with 26 points including two three point baskets, four of six free throws, five rebounds, and two steals. Keefe Braziel added 11 points, five rebounds, and two steals. Trey Hillerich recorded 10 points, six rebounds, three assists, and two blocked shots. Cornelius Barnett chipped in with seven points and two assists.

Jeremiah Jackson led St. Xavier with 24 points including three three point baskets, seven of eight free throws, nine rebounds, and three assists. Jordan Jackson added 10 points and four rebounds. Josh Lindsay recorded six points and three rebounds. Connor Klein chipped in with six points and four rebounds. Chief Cameron recorded five points and eight rebounds. 6-5 Sr. Bryce Johnson added five points and five rebounds.

Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus countered with 6-5 Sr. Luke Asher, 6-5 So. Grayson Burton, 6-8 Sr. Jake Feldhaus, 5-10 Sr. Cam Steele, and 5-11 Sr. Will Richardson.

Madison Central defeated Frederick Douglass 72-61 in a battle of 11th region powers. Madison Central shot 43.2% from the field including 10 of 24 from the three point line. The Indians connected on 24 of 29 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 11 Frederick Douglass turnovers. Frederick Douglass shot 34.4% from the field including eight of 20 from beyond the arc. The Broncos connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 14 Madison Central turnovers.

Grayson Burton led Madison Central with 19 points including two three point baskets, seven of eight free throws, and eight rebounds. Jake Feldhaus added 17 points including eight of 10 free throws, 12 rebounds, four assists, two blocked shots, and two steals. Luke Asher recorded 17 points including two three point baskets, five of five free throws, and six rebounds. Will Richardson chipped I with eight points including two three point baskets and four rebounds. Cam Steele added eight points including two three point baskets and four assists.

Tate Robinson led Frederick Douglass with 23 points including six three point baskets and three rebounds. DeMarcus Surratt added 20 points including five of seven free throws and four rebounds. Nate Coen recorded six points, 10 rebounds, two assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.

St. Xavier led 36-22 at halftime on their way to a 70-59 victory over Madison Central to advance to the championship game. St. Xavier shot 42.6% from the field including 12 of 25 from the three point line. The Tigers connected on 12 of 16 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 10 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 35.1% from the field including six of 26 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on 13 of 16 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored eight points off five St. Xavier turnovers.

Jordan Jackson led St. Xavier with 17 points including four of five free throws, four rebounds, and two blocked shots. Josh Lindsay added 17 points including four three point baskets, three rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Jeremiah Jackson recorded 15 points including two three point baskets, five of six free throws, eight rebounds, and three assists. 6-5 Sr. Bryce Johnson chipped in with 10 points including three three point baskets and four rebounds.

East Jessamine avenged an earlier loss to Madison Central by defeating the Lady Indians by the score of 61-51. East Jessamine shot 39.7% from the field including six of 19 from the three point line. The Lady Jaguars connected on five of 13 free throws, pulled down 49 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 11 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 32.8% from the field including five of 24 from beyond the arc. Evangel Christian defeated Lexington Christian Academy by the score of 88-83 in an overtime thriller. There were 10 lead changes and six ties in this game. The score was tied 76-76 at the end of regulation. Evangel Christian shot 58.2% from the field including nine of 22 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on 15 of 21 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 17 LCA turnovers. LCA shot 50.9% from the field including 13 of 27 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 19 Evangel Christian turnovers.

Lexington Christian Academy defeated Nicholas County by the score of 83-63. There were five lead changes and three ties in this game. Lexington Christian Academy shot 41.5% from the field including 14 of 32 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on 15 of 22 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 16 Nicholas County turnovers. Nicholas County shot 42% from the field including one of 10 from beyond the arc. The Blue Jackets connected on 20 of 29 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored seven points off nine LCA turnovers.

Caleb Marshall led LCA with 37 points including eight three point baskets, seven of nine free throws, two rebounds, and two assists. Jacob Lycan added 13 points including four three point baskets and seven rebounds. Dawson Farmer recorded 17 points including four of six free throws, seven rebounds, and two assists. Kaleb Pridemore chipped in with nine points and six rebounds.

Peyton Hatton led Nicholas County with 22 points including four of five free throws, two rebounds, and two steals. Braxton Martin added 17 points including nine of 12 free throws and two rebounds. Caiden Smith recorded nine points including five of eight free throws, 13 rebounds, and four blocked shots. Preston Blake chipped in with six rebounds and 11 rebounds.

Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Erik Daniels started the following lineup: 5-5 Jr. Eriyaune Daniels, 5-4 8th Grade Kyah Curtsinger, 5-3 Jr. Armonie Rush, 5-4 Jr. Layla Flynn, and 5-6 Jr. Kaleigh Potts. Lexington Christian Academy coach Tim Bradshaw countered with 5-6 8th Grade FJ McLaughlin, 7th Grade Amelia Waltz, 5-6 Sr. Jentry Bertram, 5-4 Fr. Liza Greer, and 5-7 Sr. Piper Graham.

Dunbar pulled away in the final quarter to defeat LCA by the score of 55-42. Dunbar shot 45.7% from the field including three of 15 from the three point line. The Lady Bulldogs connected on 10 of 14 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 20 LCA turnovers. LCA shot 31.8% from the field including four of 15 from beyond the arc. The Lady Eagles connected on 10 of 21 free throws, pulled down34 rebounds, and scored eight points off nine Dunbar turnovers.

Kyah Curtsinger led Dunbar with 20 points including two three point baskets, four of six free throws, two rebounds, and three steals. Kaleigh Potts added 16 points including five of six free throws, five rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Layla Flynn recorded 14 points, three rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Piper Graham led LCA with 21 points including eight of 11 free throws, three rebounds, three assists, and two blocked shots. 5-6 Sr. Payton Buckler added six points and five rebounds. 5-6 8th Grade Somer Du Toit recorded six points on two three point baskets and three rebounds. FJ McLaughlin chipped in with three points, seven rebounds, and two blocked shots. Jentry Bertram added three points, eight rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
