Great Crossing coach Matt Walls started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Maya Custard, 5-7 So. Samantha Brown, 5-9 Sr. Claire Tierney, 5-5 Jr. Emery Corrigan, and 5-7 So. Kendall Kearney. Bethlehem coach Glenn Wathen countered with 5-9 8th Grade Evelyn Ehringer, 5-5 So. Katie Mouser, 6-0 Jr. Loren Macy, 5-3 So. Sophia Miles, and 5-6 Jr. Kaylee McElroy.
Bethlehem defeated Great Crossing by the score of 66-61. There were 11 lead changes and seven ties in this game. Bethlehem shot 45.7% from the field including 10 of 25 from the three point line. The Banshees connected on 14 of 19 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 18 Great Crossing turnovers. Great Crossing shot 43.4% from the field including 10 of 28 from beyond the arc. The Lady Warhawks connected on five of eight free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 20 Bethlehem turnovers.
Loren Macy led Bethlehem with 19 points including 11 of 13 free throws, 11 rebounds, and two assists. Kaylee McElroy recorded 21 points including five three point baskets, two rebounds, two assists, and eight steals. Sophia Miles added 12 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and six steals. Kenlee Mouser chipped in with nine points including two three point baskets. Evelyn Ehringer added five points and seven rebounds.
Samantha Brown led Great Crossing with 19 points including four three point baskets, six rebounds, and four steals. 5-4 8th Grader Maddie Napier added 13 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Maya Custard recorded nine points. Kendall Kearney chipped in with seven points, two rebounds, six assists, and two steals.
