Bethlehem defeated Great Crossing by the score of 66-61. There were 11 lead changes and seven ties in this game. Bethlehem shot 45.7% from the field including 10 of 25 from the three point line. The Banshees connected on 14 of 19 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 18 Great Crossing turnovers. Great Crossing shot 43.4% from the field including 10 of 28 from beyond the arc. The Lady Warhawks connected on five of eight free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 20 Bethlehem turnovers.

Prestonsburg defeated Madison Central by the score of 58-55. There were seven lead changes and six ties in this game. Lexington Christian Academy coach Ted Hall countered with 6-1 Sr. Kaleb Pridemore, 6-1 So. William Coffman, 6-4 So. Dawson Farmer, 6-0 So. Jacob Lycan, and 6-1 So. Caleb Marshall.

Evangel Christian defeated Lexington Christian Academy by the score of 88-83 in an overtime thriller. There were 10 lead changes and six ties in this game. The score was tied 76-76 at the end of regulation. Evangel Christian shot 58.2% from the field including nine of 22 from the three point line. The Eagles connected on 15 of 21 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 17 LCA turnovers. LCA shot 50.9% from the field including 13 of 27 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 19 Evangel Christian turnovers.
