Sayre coach Rob Goodman started the following lineup: 6-3 So. Jake Duby, 6-2 Jr. Jack Henderson, 6-7 Sr. Quinn Pergande, 5-10 So. Robbie Goodman, and 6-2 Sr. Alex Webb.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Nate Valentine countered with 6-7 Sr. Matt Rose, 6-4 Sr. Benton Nighbert, 6-8 Sr. Drew Trimble, 6-0 Sr. John Stein, and 6-5 8th Grade Kyle Rode.

Lexington Christian Academy outscored Sayre 23-7 in the third quarter on their way to a 58-44 victory.  LCA shot 34.7% from the field including six of 21 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on 18 of 21 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 15 Sayre turnovers.  Sayre shot 43.3% from the field including two of seven from beyond the arc.  The Spartans connected on 16 of 23 free throws, pulled down 17 rebounds, and scored nine points off seven LCA turnovers.

Matt Rose led LCA with 25 points and nine rebounds.  Drew Trimble added 15 points and 14 rebounds.  Kyle Rode recorded 11 points and four assists.

Quinn Pergande led Sayre with 14 points.  Jake Duby and Jack Henderson added nine and eight points respectively.

Model coach Bobbie Storie started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Hayley Hunt, 5-10 8th Grade Lauren Jackson, 5-11 So. Emily Jackson, 5-5 So. Abby Vicars, and 5-9 So. Mallory Smith.  Sayre coach Scotty Sutton countered with 5-6 Fr. Dee Dee Wheeler, 5-4 So. Ellie Alford, 6-3 Sr. Gabby Bowie, 5-2 Jr. Hannah Brady, and 5-4 Sr. Meg Croney-Clark.

Sayre held Model to 18.6% shooting from the field and blew the game open with an 11-2 margin in the third quarter on their way to a 45-26 victory.  Sayre shot 37.8% from the field including four of nine from the three point line.  The Lady Spartans connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 19 Model turnovers.  Model shot 18.6% from the field including two of nine from beyond the arc.  The Lady Patriots connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored five points off 17 Sayre turnovers.

Gabby Bowie led Sayre with 16 points, nine rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Dee Dee Wheeler added 12 points including three three point baskets, five rebounds, three assists, and four steals.  Ellie Alford chipped in with 10 points.  5-10 Fr. Isabel Pergande recorded seven points, four rebounds, and three assists.

Mallory Smith led Model with 10 points.  Hayley Hunt added seven points and four rebounds.  Lauren Jackson pulled down eight rebounds.

Sayre outscored Frankfort 13-4 in the final quarter to earn a 49-43 victory.  There were five lead changes and seven ties in this game.  Sayre led 29-18 late in the second quarter but Frankfort rallied to take a 39-36 after three quarters.  Sayre shot 39.5% from the field including zero of four from the three point line.  The Spartans connected on 15 of 16 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 10 Frankfort turnovers.  Frankfort shot 27.8% from the field including one of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Panthers connected on 12 of 19 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 21 Sayre turnovers.

Jake Duby led Sayre with 30 points including 12 of 13 free throws and eight rebounds.  Quinn Pergande added five points and seven rebounds.

Jeff Quire led Frankfort with 12 points and six rebounds.  Travis Skelton added 10 points, five rebounds, and three steals.

Sibre Morton.

Sayre defeated Frankfort by a score of 53-48.  There were 13 lead changes and seven ties in this game.  Sayre shot 57.1% from the field including zero of two from the three point line.  Sayre only attempted 35 shots from the field compared to 66 attempts from Frankfort.  The Lady Spartans connected on 13 of 26 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 16 Frankfort turnovers.  Frankfort shot 30.3% from the field including zero of five from beyond the arc.  The Lady Panthers connected on eight of 15 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 26 Sayre turnovers.

Gabby Bowie led Sayre with 19 points, 12 rebounds, and seven blocked shots.  Ellie Alford added 14 points.  5-10 Fr. Isabel Pergande recorded nine points, eight rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals.

Brianna Burbridge led Frankfort with 21 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two blocked shots, and eight steals.  Jasmine Turpin added 16 points and eight rebounds.  Jade Morgan recorded nine points and four rebounds.

Lexington Christian Academy defeated Model by a score of 72-51.  Lexington Christian Academy shot 47% from the field including six of 19 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on four of six free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 12 points off nine Model turnovers.  LCA held a 20-2 advantage in second effort points.  Model shot 48.9% from the field including three of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Patriots connected on four of 10 free throws, pulled down 14 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 13 LCA turnovers.

Drew Trimble led LCA with 24 points, 16 rebounds, four assists, and two blocked shots.  Matt Rose added 20 points and eight rebounds.  Kyle Rode recorded eight points, seven rebounds, six assists, and two steals.

Ephraim Otieno led Model with 22 points, seven assists, and four steals.  Alex Chen added 19 points.  Andrew Backus pulled down seven rebounds.

Bryan Station trailed 44-28 in the third quarter but rallied to defeat Woodford County by a score of 58-55.  Bryan Station held a 22-8 advantage in the final quarter.  Bryan Station shot 38% from the field including five of 20 from the three point line.  The Defenders connected on 15 of 21 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 19 Woodford County turnovers.  Woodford County shot 51.2% from the field including five of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Yellowjackets connected on six of 13 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 15 Bryan Station turnovers.

Tequan Claitt led Bryan Station with 16 points and five rebounds.  6-2 Sr. Ronnie Carson added 12 points, four rebounds, and four assists.  6-2 Sr. Tim Dunn recorded 10 points and five rebounds.

Keagan Stromberg led Woodford County with 17 points.  Colton McCrady added 15 points.  Keenon Laine recorded nine points, six rebounds, and three assists.

Trevor Faulkner, and 6-2 Sr. Deron Bartleson.

West Jessamine raced out to an early 20-9 lead but had to withstand a Mercer County rally to earn a 67-65 victory.  Mercer County actually held a 52-51 lead at the end of three quarters. There were 10 lead changes and eight ties in the game.  West Jessamine shot 50% from the field including six of 13 from the three point line.  The Colts connected on 23 of 29 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 11 points off eight Mercer County turnovers.  Mercer County shot 52.9% from the field including six of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Titans connected on five of nine free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 10 West Jessamine turnovers.

David McCorvey led West Jessamine with 24 points including 10 of 12 free throws and eight rebounds.  Siah Holifield added 18 points.  Brooks Ely recorded 13 points including three three point baskets.

Trevor Faulkner led Mercer County with 17 points including four three point baskets and six rebounds.  Will Hager added 14 points and eight assists.  Alijah Mink and Malik Dow chipped in with 11 and 10 points respectively.

Henry Clay pulled away from Tates Creek to earn a 66-53 victory despite Tates Creek shooting 61.3% from the field. There were nine lead changes and one tie in this game   Henry Clay shot 36.7% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 18 of 26 from the free throw line, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 25 Tates Creek turnovers.  Henry Clay attempted 29 more shots (60-31) from the field than Tates Creek.  Tates Creek shot 61.3% from the field including two of six from beyond the arc.  The Commodores connected on 23 of 28 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 10 points off nine Henry Clay turnovers.

Isaiah Tisdale led Henry Clay with 29 points including three three point baskets and nine rebounds.  Felix Wilson added 15 points.  6-2 Fr. Justin Mitchell recorded 14 points and four steals. 

Jordan Fucci led Tates Creek with 22 points, eight rebounds, and four assists.  Trey Sturdivant added 17 points.

Lexington Catholic led 27-18 at halftime but Paul Laurence Dunbar rallied buoyed by an 18-8 advantage in the third quarter to earn a 51-48 victory.  Dunbar shot 36.7% from the field including five of 14 from the three point line.  The Bulldogs connected on 10 of 19 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 10 points off eight Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 41.3% from the field including two of seven from beyond the arc.  The Knights connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 14 points off eight Dunbar turnovers.

Darius Williams led Dunbar with 19 points and five rebounds.  Jordan Lewis added 13 points and seven rebounds.  Taveion Hollingsworth recorded eight points, five rebounds, and four assists.

Tanner Johnson led Lexington Catholic with 21 points.  Jarod Griffin added 11 points, six rebounds, and three steals.  Reese Ryan recorded eight points and eight rebounds.

Ballard trailed 41-24 late in the second quarter but rallied to defeat Henry Clay 79-75 in overtime.  Henry Clay shot a sizzling 63% from the field in the first half on their way to a 44-30 halftime lead.  Ballard shot 40% from the field including 10 of 19 from the three point line.  The Bruins connected on 17 of 23 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 43.1% from the field including seven of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored two points off seven Ballard turnovers.

Anthony Eaves led Ballard with 18 points and four assists.  Jalen Perry added 17 points and 10 rebounds.  Jamil Wilson recorded 15 points including three three point baskets.  Paul Schiavone chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets.  Corey Douglas recorded seven points, eight rebounds, and two blocked shots.
