Allen County-Scottsville coach James Willett started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Jon-Thomas Rich, 5-10 Jr. Cameron Cook, 6-5 Sr. Dyllan Harper, 5-5 Sr. Thomas Spencer, and 5-10 Sr. James Sikes. Monroe County coach Steven Kirkpatrick countered with 6-0 Sr. Skyler Geralds, 6-0 Sr. Gibril Summers, 6-3 Sr. Dillon Geralds, 5-10 Jr. John Geralds, and 5-11 Jr. Lincoln Arnett.
Monroe County led 50-40 after three quarters but had to withstand an Allen County-Scottsville rally to earn a 64-63 victory. Monroe County shot 44.2% from the field including eight of 21 from the three point line. They connected on 10 of 14 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 13 Allen County-Scottsville turnovers. Allen County-Scottsville shot 50% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc. They connected on 11 of 18 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored two points off six Monroe County turnovers.
Lincoln Arnett led Monroe County with 19 points including three three point baskets. Dillon Geralds also scored 19 points including two three point baskets and five rebounds. Gibril Summers chipped in with 10 points.
Jake Sikes led Allen County-Scottsville with 22 points including three three point baskets. Dyllan Harper added 18 points and 15 rebounds. Lucas Wood recorded 13 points including three three point baskets.
