Paul Laurence Dunbar shot a sizzling 72.2% from the field in the first half to take a 33-31 lead at the intermission but Lexington Catholic rallied to earn a 58-55 victory.  Lexington Catholic outscored Dunbar 19-7 in the third quarter to regain the advantage and held on down the stretch for the victory.  The score was tied five times and there were six lead changes in this game.

Lexington Catholic shot 54.15 from the field including six of 10 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on 12 of 15 from the free throw line, pulled down 17 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 14 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 52.6% from the field including four of eight from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on 11 of 13 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 13 points off nine Lexington Catholic turnovers.

5-11 Sr. Devon Johnson scored in the paint in the closing seconds to give Iroquois a 50-49 victory over the previously unbeaten Allatoona.  Allatoona led 38-28 in the third quarter and there were nine lead changes and four ties in the game.  Iroquois shot 31.3% from the field including five of 16 from the three point line.  The Raiders connected on 15 of 24 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 22 Allatoona turnovers.  Iroquois attempted 24 more shots (48-24) from the field than Allatoona.  Allatoona shot 70.8% from the field including one of two from beyond the arc.  The Buccaneers connected on 14 of 26 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 15 Iroquois turnovers.

Ballard defeated Christ Presbyterian by a score of 83-81 in overtime.  The score was tied nine times and there were 15 lead changes.  Ballard shot 47.8% from the field including six of 18 from the three point line.  The Bruins connected on 13 of 21 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 26 points off 17 CPA turnovers.  CPA shot 54.5% from the field including seven of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Lions connected on 14 of 22 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 Ballard turnovers.

Kelan Martin led Ballard with 35 points, 11 rebounds, and four steals.  Jalen Perry added 17 points and nine rebounds.  Quentin Snider recorded 14 points and five rebounds.

Sayre defeated Paris by a score of 58-53 in overtime.  Paris trailed 32-19 but erased the deficit and the score was tied 44-44 at the end of regulation.  Sayre shot 50% from the field including four of 11 from the three point line.  The Spartans connected on 16 of 35 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored six points off six Paris turnovers.  Paris shot 32.7% from the field including five of 20 from beyond the arc.  The Greyhounds connected on 12 of 21 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 20 Sayre turnovers.  Paris attempted 17 more shots (55-38) from the field than Sayre.
