In this game, you have super-deformed characters, not unlike how the
characters look in the subsequent Super
Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, and in the story mode, the hero is on
a quest to save a girl named Elena, who's been hypnotized at one
point to battle the hero in a puzzle competition. Fortunately, hero
Frain saves her and defeats the villain.
A special system is activated to defeat an opponent during play
mode. One needs to stack the element icons diagonally to attack the
opponent.
