END OF THE LINE! Roster updates, new card!
Posted on April 11th, 2007

OLW End of the Line has finally aired. With four title changes, some amazing wrestling action, EotL was said by the fans to be well worth the wait.

In some house cleaning, OLW has removed Crosslatch and Jake Walker from the roster, and moved Jesse James to the inactive section. However, we've signed several new wrestlers, as well as a new trios tag team. Johan DeLovely, The Great Milenko and F. Scott Hamilton will be on hand for Outrage. And The Borgata Connection (Anthony and Bruno Fasullo, and Big Tim Washington) as well. Lastly, Ronnie Long made his return at EotL, siding (expectedly) with Jeff Andrews.

Most notably, however, is the resignation of the former OLW Heavyweight Champion, Avarice! After retaining against Jeff Andrews via DQ, Avarice dropped the title in War Games. He has since faxed a letter of resignation from the ring. As to whether he will continue to perform his commissioner duties - no word as of yet.

Outrage will be headlined by new OLW Heavyweight Champion, Cole Christenson, teaming with Heidi and Adam Delicious to take on Jeff Andrews, Ronnie Long, and the runner up in War Games, Danny Vicious. The sub main event will feature the World Wrestling Alliance Double Crown Title on the line, as OLW's own Python, takes on Angelus from Asylum Championship Wrestling, Maharba from the Ultimate Toughness Alliance, and reigning DC Champion, Brian Fisher, representing Hudson River Wrestling. The Chesapeake and Mid Atlantic Titles will ALSO be on the line under the new rules, with Ripper Longshanks defending the CS Title against Thane, and Big D defending the MA Title against Quinn Tate.

Changes in store for the CS and MA Titles?
Posted on February 9th, 2007

As OLW fans know, the OLW Mid Atlantic Title has long been the federation's "secondary" title, contested for by the OLW wrestlers who, while ahead of the pack, weren't truly on the level of the superstars competing for the OLW Heavyweight Title. The OLW Chesapeake Title, long inactive, was reactivated as a tool on which to build OLW's deathmatch division. However, the two leaders of the deathmatch movement were fired one after another for unrelated reasons, and hardcore wrestling itself was virtually banned, leaving the Chesapeake Title as little more than "that other belt".

No longer.

OLW has always strove to put its own unique twist on wrestling. See also, the Trios Tag Titles. And now, after End of the Line, the Mid Atlantic and Chesapeake Titles will be redesignated - not according to card position, but to wrestling style. Not only will the two titles become equal in prestige, but there will be nothing preventing a wrestler from pursuing both belts. Assuming, of course, that said wrestler is talented enough.

The Mid-Atlantic Title will become a "Pure" title. Strikes with both feet on the ground outlawed, limited rope breaks, and a general focus on technical wrestling as opposed to fighting.

The Chesapeake Title will become a "Lightning" title. Matches shall be only ten minutes in length, with the title changing hands on a time limit draw or DQ (excluding run-in DQs). Restholds and stalling both result in a disqualification, and an instant replay camera is in effect. This division will involve a focus on the brawlers and flyers in the fed.

More information about the title changes will be released after End of the Line. The title names will not be changed, so as to preserve their lineage.

END OF THE LINE - Official Lineup Released
Posted on February 2nd, 2007

The lineup for OLW's flagship PPV, End of the Line, has been released.

OLW Roster members are advised to take note of the additional rules leading up to EotL.

Outrage! End of the Line news!
Posted on January 31st, 2007

After a delay involving the forums that I can't think of a clever kayfabey way to write off, OLW Outrage has aired. The card for End of the Line will be posted on Friday.

OLW President Kai Scott was on hand at Outrage, where he made some last minute changes to the War Games lineup, removing The Beer Buddies as well as the winner of a Crosslatch/Alex Markham match that went to a no contest, and handing them to Thane, Brad Andrews and Byron Tanis respectively.

In addition, he added that anyone who's performance at End of the Line was "sub-standard" would be removed at the last minute, having his or her spot given to a more deserving contender.

Team One
Team Two
Team Three
Team Four
Cole Christenson
Avarice
Quinn Tate
Daemon Curtis
Heidi
Big D
Python
Jesse James
Daeriq Damien
Thane
Danny Vicious
Wyatt Connors
Gemma Lockhart
Brad Andrews
Byron Tanis
Jeremy Winters

The rest of the card for End of the Line will be headed by Avarice defending the OLW Heavyweight Title against Jeff Andrews. If Andrews wins, he'll replace Avarice as the team captain of Team Two.

He has also said that the OLW Trios Tag Titles and the OLW Chesapeake Title will be defended on EotL, and that the Mid Atlantic Title will be on the line both in War Games and in a defense prior to it.

Happy New Years from OLW!
Posted on January 7th, 2007

We at OLW would like to wish all our fans and viewers a happy new year and a healthy 2007.

OLW has two new signings - Tyson DeBough and Byron Tanis. More info as it becomes available.

The lineup for the next Outrage has been released. This Outrage will be the final card before the End of the Line PPV.

Outrage bumped from air by Christmas programming
Posted on December 18th, 2006

Outrage fans all over Baltimore were doubtless enraged when they tuned in to MPT to view what they thought would be the latest episode of OLW Outrage, only to find the cartoon version of "Frosty the Snowman" on their television screens!

Outrage was bumped from the schedule due to the holiday season and the demands made upon the television network to show the appropriate shows. Outrage will not be airing on MPT. Consequently, Outrage, or the matches and happenings thereof, will be released piecemeal on the website. The main event - Avarice, Cole Christenson, Daemon Curtis and Quinn Tate in a 4 man over the top rope battle royale - will most likely air tonight. Other matches will be added as they are formatted and placed on the website.

The website, oldlinewrestling.com, has gone through a minor overhaul, with logos created for The Conspiracy and The Beer Buddies, as well as for the talent enhancement types. Title histories have been updated, the roster archive has been moved to its own page (accessible through the main roster page), and the staff list is updated with Avarice listed as Commissioner rather than Keep It Real Kid.

As for the roster, Freddy Phoenix and CCK have been moved off the inactive list and to the roster archives. Jennifer "Ms Jenna" Lyons, most recently seen with Danny Vicious, has voided her manager's contract and taken a backstage job with OLW. In regards to signings, the Kurosawa sisters, bodyguards of former CAL President Angelina Bishop, have signed with OLW, as wrestlers, and team with Yoshikazu YAZ to make up The Iconoclasm's trios tag team.

Outrage airs! Major changes to War Games lineup!
Posted on November 27th, 2006

OLW Outrage is on the air. The Best of the Rest battle royale has aired in its entirety.

This update contains SPOILERS in regards to the winners of the BOTR. Fans and viewers may wish to see the match before reading this update.

Two significant changes were made to the War Games lineup. The first being that the Children of the Damned's guaranteed entry was revoked, on account of the behavior of Gemma Lockhart and Daeriq Damien. "Dogging it for any reason is not acceptable" said an unnamed OLW staff member. The CotD will be entered in the four matches this coming Outrage, getting another shot at entering the match.

Taking their places will be the number two, four and five winners of the BOTR. This guarantees Heidi, Jesse James and Python entry to the match.

More shockingly, Jeff Andrews stepped down as team captain, declining to enter the War Games. This decision comes as a complete surprise. Andrews opted not to explain himself. The returning Daemon Curtis, who placed #3 in the BOTR, has replaced him as team captain.

This coming Outrage will be headlined by a four man over-the-top-rope match between the team captains - Avarice, Cole Christenson, Daemon Curtis and Quinn Tate. The elimination order determines the order in which the captains will select their teammates.

In regards to talent, Phil McKracken has returned to retirement. OLW wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors, and he is welcome to return at any time should he want to. Simply Beautiful has opted not to sign with OLW, we wish him the best in his future endeavors. OLW has also released Adlai King from his contract, citing that the expected talent level from him was not being filled. OLW also is glad to welcome Crosslatch back. Crosslatch missed approximately a month with a dislocated shoulder. Whether he stays back remains to be seen.

Building Up To War Games
Posted on November 15th, 2006

Due to the pre-PPV booking, OLW will briefly step away from its bi-weekly schedule, to hold two shows with week-long promotional periods.

OLW's War Games will be a sixteen man match. Guaranteed entry are the four team captains - Avarice, Jeff Andrews, Cole Christenson and a fourth competitor to be determined. Also guaranteed entry are the Trios Tag Champions, and the Mid Atlantic Champion. This leaves 8 more wrestlers to be selected.

This coming Outrage, the "Best Of The Rest" battle royale will take place. The winner of the BOTR becomes the fourth team captain for War Games. The BOTR Lineup has been released.

The following Outrage, four matches (singles matches or 3 way dances) will take place to guarantee four wrestlers spots in The Match Beyond, as well as a sorting of the draw match, with Avarice, Andrews, Christenson and the BOTR winner competing against each other to determine the order in which wrestlers are chosen.

After this has been done, the captains will choose their teams. First splitting up the eight guaranteed entrants (MA Champion, Trios Tag Champs, and the four winners), and then picking one wrestler each from the remainder of the roster.

OLW's schedule over the Christmas break hasn't been decided if there is one. While some wrestlers and fans prefer to have Christmas break to spend with their families, others prefer to avoid their families via wrestling.

End Of the Line: War Games will take place in January of 2007.

END OF THE LINE! WAR GAMES!
Posted on November 14th, 2006

On his way out, having resigned from his position as Old Line Wrestling Commissioner earlier in the evening, Richard "Keep It Real Kid" Bernstein, dropped the announcement. OLW's next PPV, End of the Line, is scheduled for January 2007, and will be headlined by War Games!

Four rings. Four teams. Sixteen wrestlers. OLW Heavyweight AND OLW Mid Atlantic Titles on the line. One team captain yet to be decided. And the other three? Avarice, Jeff Andrews, and Cole Christenson.

Outrage has been released. ON TIME. KIRK's speech, and a lot of great wrestling action, can be seen there.

Outrage saw some excellent bouts, including one between Jeremy Winters and reigning OLW Mid Atlantic Champion Phil McKracken, and between The Beer Buddies and The Conspiracy. But the shocker of the night, not counting KIRK's announcement, was when the Children of the Damned - Brad Andrews, Daeriq Damien and Gemma Lockhart, the OLW Trios Tag Champions - came to the aid of Heidi and Adam Delicious in the night's main event, taking on The Unforgiven II's contingent of Avarice, Big D, Yoshikazu YAZ, Karl Pace and Impact.

In regards to signings and releases. Alex Markham of the Stone & Steel Syndicate has been returned to the active roster, although he is not booked for the upcoming card. Python has been resigned to the company, and Cole Christenson has straightened out his contractual problems to return as well. In addition, a newcomer by the name of Simply Beautiful - a male wrestler, just so you know - has joined up.

On the negative side, OLW has released Markus Maximus. Despite what KIRK said on Outrage, Maximus handed his resignation earlier in the week, and OLW appreciates his fulfilling his appearance when he was no longer contractually obligated. CCK, due to his tenure, has been moved to the inactive roster rather than taken off the roster.

Roster updates, next Outrage
Posted on October 29th, 2006

With the most recent OLW Outrage having hit the airwaves, the OLW roster has been reorganized.

The Confederate Stars of America have been fired for failing to fulfil contractual obligations. Crosslatch suffered a dislocated shoulder after landing badly following a plancha, he will be out an indefinite amount of time. The Stone & Steel Syndicate, following the injury Troy Matthews suffered to his right ankle, are stepping away from the ring for a while.

However, OLW has had a new signing. First, the mysterious "Conspiracy" trios tag team, turned out to be headed by "Wise Guy" Wyatt Connors of National Wrestling Council infamy! Connors is a former 2 time NWC World Champion, and arguably the biggest free agent OLW has signed. Ever.

OLW has also signed The Beer Buddies, Gazz Maybury and Violent Dave. Gazz and Dave were CAL World Tag Team Champions, briefly. And the third man for their tag team? Llewelyn Yr Penaig! Except he goes by Llewelyn the Bridge now... eh... The former leader of the IWA Sinful eXperience faction is a changed man since those days, due to, apparently, extensive electroshock therapy. But he is still a former CAL World Champion.

The upcoming Outrage will feature The Conspiracy and The Beer Buddies both in trios tag action, another match between Jeff Andrews and Danny Vicious (a real one, let's hope), the OLW ring debut of Ripper Longshanks, and Heidi taking on the entirety of The Unforgiven II. By herself or with tag partners, depending on if she can find anyone willing to step up.

Results, new lineup
Posted on October 4th, 2006

After a delay, OLW released the 9/10 episode of Outrage, which can be viewed on the Results page. Additionally, the lineup for the next Outrage has been posted.

Previously, OLW had mistakenly said that Jesse James was no longer part of the roster. Not only is James still on the roster, he is - apparently - the new OLW Chesapeake Champion. The OLW Chesapeake Championship was deactivated over a year ago when the previous champion, Rick Ravage, left OLW. James either won or stole the Chesapeake Title from Markus Maximus, depending on how you look at the situation. On the heels of Maximus' treatment of Joshua Lee, this may not seem wise. But then, Jesse James is a much tougher human being than Joshua Lee was.

In other news, OLW has signed a trios tag team called "The Conspiracy". And... that's all we know so far. The names of the people on the team have not been stated. They'll be taking on the Confederate Stars of America.

Joshua Lee, as he stated on the last Outrage, did in fact quit, and has been removed from the roster.

Danny Argus, who contacted OLW about employment, has been out of contact and thus, has not been given a contract.

Losing to Adam Delicious via DQ last card after refusing a tainted win, Heidi has lost her trial series with a record of 6-3, which even if she wins the 10th match, still falls short of the 80% win/loss percentage required. Although she's not booked on Outrage, she will be on hand to discuss her career.

And now, some outside-kayfabe updates
Posted on September 1st, 2006

It's been a while since the website was given an overhaul, so that's what's happening now. Many new bios are posted, with some more to follow shortly, and several wrestler logos have been completed.

In addition, OLW has withdrawn from the "Allied Wrestling Network". If you don't know what that is/was, that should be enough to explain why we're not a part of it any longer. Accordingly, we've cleaned up the links to other feds down at the bottom of the page, taking out all the AWN affiliates that didn't link directly to us.

We're looking for someone who's interested in taking over Quote of the Day. If you're interested, get in touch with OLW Staff.

If you're a visiting fedhead and are interested in a link exchange, please get in touch with the OLW President and we'll work something out.

Lastly, OLW is now closed to singles wrestlers. We currently have enough singles wrestlers to fully stock two singles divisions, and don't have enough staff to handle a third. If you'd like to join OLW, we're still accepting trios tag teams, or you can volunteer to write matches. We're accepting singles wrestlers whose handlers are willing to write matches.

OLW Outrage lineup
Posted on August 26th, 2006

The Outrage card has been released. Headlining this card is possibly the final match in Heidi's trial series, and it's not against an arch enemy or rival, such as Jeff Andrews or CCK, but against her friend and stablemate Adam Delicious.

Adam and Heidi were founding members of The Untouchables, the IWA stable that went on to infamy by basically losing rights to its name to another stable called The Untouchables. They had a rocky relationship in the latter days of the stable. Adam considered Heidi, who was still climbing the rankings at the time, a little sister sort of figure, and tried to protect her. Heidi, who didn't appreciate that, ended up lashing out, and eventually 'turned' on Adam, winning the IWA Heavyweight Title in the process. The split was soon healed, however, when Adam came to Heidi's aid during her battle with Kai Scott during the late days of IWA.

Now here in OLW, Heidi's returned the favor by managing to get Adam back into OLW. And in a trademark booking decision, Keep It Real Kid has decided to manipulate the situation by playing them against each other.

OLW has also announced two of the new signings formally - Adlai King and Jake Walker. Adlai King is a former BWWa Sin City Deathmatch champion, as well as a member of the New Attitude Entertainment faction. Jake Walker is the younger brother of former IWA and CRW star Dorian "Zaibatsu" Stevens. Never having wrestled in the CAL proper, he was a fairly big star in the junior affiliate Chaos Wrestling.

Also on the card is a showdown between Gemma Lockhart, Daeriq Damien and Brad Andrews against the reigning OLW Trios Tag Champions the Stone & Steel Syndicate, and Impact teaming with the OLW Champion himself, Avarice, to take on the Unforgiven II's defector, Big D, and the Mid Atlantic Champion, Phil McKracken.

OLW RETURNS! Roster updates, etc...
Posted on August 26th, 2006

After a two week break, OLW Outrage returned to the air. As always, it can be viewed from the 'results' page on the OLW site. A new Outrage line up will be released tomorrow.

Possibly the biggest story facing OLW is the release of Keith Edwards. A month ago, Edwards rocked the fed to its foundations by pinning the OLW Champion, Avarice. Now, he's simply gone. Edwards threw an absolute fit backstage after his loss against Avarice last month, and was handed his release on the grounds of unprofessional conduct.

However, in the wake of Edwards' departure, OLW has announced FOUR new signings! And interestingly, each signing has his roots in one of the territories that combined to form OLW - one from IWA, one BWWa, one CSWA, and one non-CAL.

In further releases, Garrett Davidson has decided to refocus his plans in OLW. Stepping away from the ring, Davidson will be joining Cito Conarri as a trainer for young talent.

Lastly, Jesse James' contract has expired, and it has not been renewed at this time.

OLW's stay in the Mid South Wrestling Alliance's old territory in Memphis has been delayed indefinitely.

New Outrage Lineup
Posted on July 26th, 2006

OLW Outrage aired from OLW's traditional home in The Arena in Baltimore. The next Outrage's line up has been released. The card will be headlined by another anticipated singles match that has yet to happen in CAL history, as Heidi, in the ninth match of her trial series, takes on the OLW Champion himself, Avarice!

Other matches include a grudge match between Keith Edwards and the man who stabbed him with a sai last week, Yoshikazu YAZ, as well as a debut from Quinn Tate and one of OLW's trademark scramble 6 man tags, involving the team of Gemma Lockhart, Daeriq Damien and Brad Andrews taking on the odd pairing of David Collins, Jeremy Winters and Crosslatch.

Lastly, in continuing to expand its territory, OLW will be going on tour again. OLW Commissioner Richard "Keep It Real Kid" Bernstein will have an announcement to make regarding the subject.

Outrage airs, new card, new signing
Posted on July 11th, 2006

After a weeks delay, OLW Outrage aired as planned from The Amphitheatre. The main event saw the OLW Champion, Avarice, take his first completely clean defeat, as Edwards put him down with two Corrupters.

OLW has signed another wrestler to the roster, a man named David Collins. He joins Thomas Hawk, Markus Maximus and Joshua Lee on the OLW newcomers roster.

Dave Cocca's provisional contract expired over the weekend, and OLW will not be renewing it. We wish this young wrestler the best in his future endeavors. Tommy Shanahan has been removed from the roster following two consecutive no-shows.

Outrage will air from The Arena as usual this week.

NPW Reunion Card delays Outrage, new signings
Posted on June 27th, 2006

OLW's fellow ex-CAL territory, Northern Pro Wrestling, is holding a reunion card. With many of the OLW wrestlers, including Keith Edwards, and Jeff Andrews and Danny Vicious of The Unforgiven II, taking part in the card, OLW has opted to delay Outrage for a week. As the Outrage event is a free gate, OLW expects no difficulties from this.

Also on NPW's "One Night Stand" will be ex-OLW wrestlers Flare, Loki, Jack Cross and TJ Killingbeck, as well as OLW President Kai Scott stepping into the ring for the first time in nearly 2 years.

We're pleased to have signed Thomas Hawk and Markus Maximus. These two both come from outside the CAL's social circle, and so little is known about them.

Outrage lineup for 6/24/06
Posted on June 10th, 2006

The new Outrage card has been released. It can be viewed on the Card page on the website.

Outrage will air from The Amphitheatre at The Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. The show will be free gate, and take place Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. Both OLW Merchandise and refreshments will be available for purchase.

This card will be viewable to anyone, including children. Therefore, OLW wrestlers and staff are reminded that the show is to be kept at a PG rating.

Outrage be headlined by the new OLW Champion, Avarice, taking on former NPW and CAL World Champion, Keith Edwards. Edwards has gone on the record claiming that OLW pushes the 'kids' at the expense of established wrestlers such as himself, and he's being given a chance to put his money where his mouth is. Avarice, as mentioned, is the OLW Champion, having defeated Daemon Curtis at Line Two to win the title, and has suffered a total of two losses in his OLW career.

Other matches will include Heidi taking on The Unforgiven II's 'sleeper', Yoshikazu YAZ, Alex Markham of the Stone & Steel Syndicate taking on Jeff Andrews, and a trios tag match featuring Phil McKracken, Garrett Davidson and the debuting CCK, taking on Tommy Shanahan, Jesse James and Top Dollar.

Line Two is on the air
Posted on June 5th, 2006

Line Two aired from the sold out 1st Mariner Arena on June 4th, 2005. It saw numerous title changes, the return of two major superstars, and much more! The card can be viewed in its entirety by clicking on the "Card" button on the OLW website's menu.

OLW will resume activity at the end of the week, with the next Outrage airing from The Amphitheatre at The Inner Harbor in Baltimore.

OLW is pleased to have signed "Catastrophic" Chris Kline. CCK made infamy as a former CAL World Champion and the leader of the Sinful eXperience stable, and is a great asset to any fed.

We have also signed CSWA legend Alex Constantine. Constantine is back from a neck injury after nearly three years. Constantine held various titles in the CSWA and was always a staple of that federation. We're glad to have him.

OLW has also signed Dave Cocca to a per appearance contract. We have declined to sign Kaos full time, but he can still make appearances on Outrage.

Lastly, we have signed Joshua Lee to a trial contract. Let us hope he does better than Shawn Sparks, Caine, and Brian Buchanan.

In sadder news, Jack Cross has been fired from OLW. His tag team partners, Olan Malyk and Svetlana Verevka, requsted, and were granted, their releases.

We have also released Flare, Loki, and NGN (Leon Maddox/Renae LeRoux/Raymond Keaton), and wish them the very best in their future.

Line Two lineup released!
Posted on April 14th, 2006

After a weeks delay to give the wrestlers and staff a chance to rest up, Outrage has been released, along with the official Line Two lineup!

Line Two will take place in the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. It will be headlined by the much-anticipated Avarice/Curtis matchup for the OLW Title, and feature several huge matches, including Jeffy Andrews/Freddy Phoenix and Keith Edwards/Jack Cross. Also of note, the long-absent OLW Trios Tag Champions, NGN (Maddox/LeRoux/Keaton) will be present to defend their titles.

The full lineup can be viewed on the Card page of the OLW website, and people interested in fan discussion can tune into the OLW message boards.

Line Two news and announcements
Posted on April 3rd, 2006

With OLW's PPV announced to take place at the end of April, fans have been clamoring for the lineup to be released. Commissioner Richard "Keep It Real Kid" Berstein has been tight lipped about the card, and as usual, owner Kai Scott isn't talking. However, Bernstein has released a few matches, and a lot of hype.

OLW Line Two will be headlined by Daemon Curtis, the OLW Champion, defending his title against the number one contender, Avarice, in a first blood match. Curtis feels that Avarice has had the best of everything since KIRK took over as commissioner, and promises to humble him.

In addition, OLW Mid Atlantic Champion, Big D, will be defending his title in a three way dance. His opponents: Phil McCracken, the former BWWa Heavyweight Champion, and Tommy Shanahan, the man who pinned a former CAL World Champion on the final episode of PCW Wildcard.

Lastly, a tag title defense has been confirmed. The champions, NGN (Leon Maddox, Renae LeRoux and Raymond Keaton) haven't been seen since they declined to humliate former champions Kid Xtreme and Crosslatch on their way out of the fed, but they're booked. Their opponents will be decided this coming Outrage in a pair of contendership matches, pitting the Confederate Stars of America against the Stone & Steel Syndicate, and The Red Axis against Minority Uprising.

In addition, KIRK has promised two "Legendary" matches, pitting stars of the former CAL Territories that were combined to form OLW against each other. A Legendary IWA match has been announced, as has, more suprisingly, a legendary KWF Match.

And lastly, Heidi's opponent for the 6th match of her trial series has been announced - and it's Gemma Lockhart. The two women had possibly the most legendary feud in IWA history, producing what was voted the best match the fed ever put on.

"Without commenting further..." KIRK said in an interview, "I think I can say without question or pause that Line Two may be the biggest Pay Per View in the history of any CAL affiliated promotion, ever. In terms of both lineup quality and top-name wrestlers."

Line Two will be available nation-wide on Pay Per View for the low price of $14.99, and will air from the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland.

Back in Maryland
Posted on March 23th, 2006

The 3/19/06 episode of OLW Outrage has aired, although time constraints caused the end of the show to be clipped.

OLW will be leaving The Flood Zone and TIW's old stomping grounds, and heading back to Baltimore, and The Arena, for this coming Outrage, the last before OLW's second PPV, "Line Two".

Booking has already started for Line Two. The show will feature Daemon Curtis defending his OLW Title against Avarice, and will also feature defenses of the OLW Mid Atlantic and OLW Trios Tag Titles, as well as another match in Heidi's trial series.

OLW Website Updates, Outrage status
Posted on February 02, 2006

Made some changes to the site. Firstly, almost all wrestlers now have their own logos for their roster pages. Changed the links - ditched the PTC fed, readded the CAL and its new affiliates and X-Net. In the process of posting the old OLW Outrage episodes on the forum. Crisis On Outrage will probably be done in full HTML since it was a PPV level card and all.

Outrage is due to be released this coming Sunday, with the next lineup out Monday.

Caine and Brian Buchanan have both been fired for no-shows.

OLW is in talks with a former CAL Superstar. Management has been fairly tight-lipped about who this superstar is, but it has been claimed that he will "set OLW on fire". OLW is also in negotiations with some former OLW talent, as well as PCW superstars left fed-less by PCW's closing.

OLW Line One is ON THE AIR!
Posted on Jan 09, 2006

OLW's inaugural Pay Per View, Line One, aired on the 8th of January, 2006. It saw new champions crowned, a familiar face returning to the wrestling world as the new OLW Commissioner, a career ended, returns from two legends, and much more!

To view Line One in its entirety, click the Results button on the menu to the left.

With the PPV now in the record books, OLW has released Shawn Sparks, and wishes him the best in his future endeavors. In addition, Kid Xtreme and Crosslatch have opted not to renew their OLW Contracts, and have been released. OLW is glad to welcome back Cole Christenson, although we would like to request he not kick holes in the Hell In A Cell cage - that thing was expensive. We are also glad to have Chris "Taranis" Redpath back on the roster, and hope he reaches the same level of superstardom he did back in our predecessor the Innovative Wrestling Alliance. As a footnote, Heidi will be returning to active combat as well.

OLW is pleased to announce the signings of Caine "The Monster of Darkness", "Bullet" Brian Buchanan, The Biggs Brothers (Otis and Emmitt) and Remington Fisk, with possibly more on the way.

COALITION OF AFFILIATED LEAGUES CLOSES
Posted on Jan 01, 2006

On December 31st, 2005, the Coalition of Affiliated Leagues closed its doors. Having split from the long defunct National Wrestling Council in October of 2001, the CAL was considered one of the top interfed groups in the world.

Fittingly enough, the Coalition World Title was laid to rest with Jeffy Andrews taking on reigning Champion TJ Killingbeck.

"Andrews and Killingbeck have been synonymous with the CAL since day one" said OLW President, Kai Scott. "Personal feelings towards both men and the CAL itself aside, I don't think the organization could have asked for a better sendoff."

With the CAL closed, PCW also has ceased operations. GDW and BACW remain open, and OLW intends to continue friendly relations with the both of them. BACW will remain the owner of the CAL Tag Titles, as they were in the posession of The Spanish Inquisition when the CAL closed.

OLW Presents: LINE ONE
Posted on Nov 30, 2005

OLW has released the lineup for its first intra-territory Pay Per View. Line One will be airing in Mid December.

Line One features a double main event, with TJ Killingbeck and Jeffy "The Man" Andrews doing battle over the CAL World Title, and Freddy Phoenix and Daemon Curtis meeting to decide ownership of the OLW Heavyweight Title.

OLW is also expected to have its ownership change. Heidi took the commissioner job only through Line One, and she'll be returning to the ring afterwards. Who will be the new commissioner? Evidence points to someone with a track record in the IWA, and names like Alexander Zanatos and Set Malachai are being thrown around.

The full card can be viewed on the Card page.
