EVERY PICTURE TELLS A STORY....AND THESE ARE NO EXCEPTION!

This is an autographed video sleeve from Anton's "In The Groove" video. He sent this to me right around my birthday in November of 1994, and I have kept it in mint condition ever since. |

I found this photo of Anton on the internet, and I really thought it was a rare photo, so I printed it out on my computer and sent it to Anton for an autograph. Just one of those pics of him that nobody gets to see really. |
Awhile
back, it was reported on Anton's website that he is quite a fan of MAD
Magazine, and he was invited to visit the offices. There was a nice article
about his visit, and I sent my copy off to him and asked for him to say
something clever, since I would be putting it on my website... he wrote
"Marsha, Everyone should get a little "mad" now and then!" Yup! that's
written in true Anton-like wit! He also signed it.

A letter from Paul Shaffer. I was about 16 at the time, and was learning to play the keyboards. It is a little known fact, but I also became interested playing the keyboards as a direct result of watching Paul play on Late Night with David Letterman. That is also true when it comes to drumming and Anton. |
I
had a fan club back in the day for the World's Most Dangerous Band on the
NBC show. This is a note from Anton telling me about an upcoming album that
they did called "The World's Most Dangerous Party." What I really liked
about the album was that it sounded like a live party and there was a lot of
dialogue going on with Paul and some very special guests, along with the
great music. Too bad I wore the tape out, and I cannot find it online
anywhere. |
This is a letter from Anton,
asking me and the fan club to write in to the show (at CBS) and ask to see
the band more. I do agree that the band still does not get the camera time
they did at NBC. I would like to see them involved in more comedy sketches
collectively. He also thanked me for buying the record. |
My
priceless autographed photo of Anton, Paul, Will and Sid, from the
NBC show, Late Night with David Letterman.. Die-hard TV memorabilia
collectors have offered me a few thousand dollars for it, but I maintain
that it's not for sale.
So, you won't be finding this on Ebay anytime soon. |

Randy
Brecker, who is part of the all-star lineup on "Figments" I just thought
it would be cool to get his autograph too! You cannot see the signature
here, but I will try to rescan and repost ASAP. |
I will be adding more stuff very soon! |
