Site News
Okay, when I came here to check my site was still up, I really didn't expect to see 226 people visiting 527 times! So, to all these fine folk visiting, I've put up a new rant for you to check out about an ex that I'll simply reffer to slut. Also, thanks to Dot for pointing out a problem on this site, I'll check it out and fix it!

About this site
Some people are born empathetic, others are born intellegent. But let's face it, the vast majority of humanity is born defective. And the SuperHIT List deals with them, and exposes them for what they are!

Adina
A Quick Sketch of me
And by quick, I really mean something I pulled out of my butt. And by sketch, more something I cobbled together in MacPant when I was really really bored one day. And by "me" I really mean "looks almost nothing like me".

Ah well... go down to drawings and cartoons for more pictures and sketches of people who sorta look like me (in a "not at all" sorta way).

About this part of the site
This site has all you need to get grounded in basic critical thinking, the theories of Lawrence Kohlberg, and some funny and serious rants that put these into opperation. This site uses a lot of dark, dry, and sarcastic humour to help illustrate these examples.

People at Kohlberg's moral levels 1 - 4.5 seriously annoy me, and I've put up this site to expose their shallowness, stupidity, and immorality. Similarly, I hate people who fake level 5 and 6 immorality for their own personal gain, and people who don't critically think. So click the below links and enjoy; by the way, no I'm not being entirely serious on them and what I say about them beyond the fact they annoy me; this site is up for my own personal amusement and the amusement of like minded individuals.

It might help get some of the refferences in the SuperHIT List part of the site

Morality
Introduction
Lawrence Kohlberg set out a theory called the "Six stages of moral development". The theory goes like this: humans make their decisions based upon the moral stage they're at, and often don't see (or can't understand) the moral logic of people at the higher stages. Usually, it takes a big personal tradgedy to climb the moral ladder; higher moral logic can't be taught. They range from level one's absolute selfishness to selflessness by level 6.

The first two levels (Anything that suits me is good / Bad is what hurts me; scratch my back and I'll scratch yours) is the moral logic of a small child. By the end of primary / elementary school most people are over this pre-conventional morality. The sad thing is that many adults never get past this logic; if you live your life at level one you have a first class ticket to jail.

The next two levels are conventional; most adults (75%) never reach beyond level four and a half!

Finally, we have the last two levels. On level 5 you legitimately care about others and do what is best for others, even if it isn't in the interest (or outright against) the interest of you and your friends. And finally level 6 is complete selflessness (though very, very few ever reach this level of moral genius; so few that some speculate that level 6 is the only level of post-conventional morality).

More Details on Kohlberg and Maslow
Kohlberg
Level One: Good is what suits me!
Level Two: Bad is what hurts me! "Scratch my back and I'll scratch yours!"
Level Three: "But everyone else is doing it!"
Level Four: "But it's the law!"
Level Four and a half: "But everyone else is doing it... SO I WON'T"
