We wanted a low maintenance garden.  That is why we allocated only a small area for the lawn.  The turf came from a turf farm at Seymour. 
We chosen the hardy fescue lawn.  Before the turf were roll, the site was carefully prepared.

In future, we will fence of the rubbish bin area.
