This is house a 4 bedroom house, office, study, two large living areas, a large kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a large spa) and a double garage. The living, dining, office and entrance ceilings (high) were installed with beautiful ceiling roses. Probably the best feature of the house are the floor and wall tiles. We have made the a luxurious tap top curtains ourselves.

It has a dual circular driveway. The size is 664 sm in size and has a wide frontage of 20 metres. Plan of House

Situated in a central location at Mossfield Estate (corner of Panam and Mossfield Drive), Hoppers Crossing. Buses stops are available along Panam and Mossfield drives. The site was centrally located to all services like childcare centre, kindergarden, Secondary School, Sports Club (tennis, bowling, restaurant and pokie machines), Gym and swimming pool. The location of this site is close to all services and shopping centres.

The front of the house had three timber windows. We painted a non-slip light terracotta colour for the driveway. We installed two matching Federation lights at the front. The double garage was installed with a Merlin remote controlled garage door. The roof of the house was dark green in colour. The house is enclosed with colour bond metal fencing.

We painted the square columns with green stripes. They were meant to resemble plants growing on the columns. Lots of rolls of masking tape were used in the process. We painted the decorative edges of the door as well.

A circular concrete step that leads to the house was also constructed.

The house comes complete with an established dream garden. All garden beds are control by an indoor remote control 8 station sprinklers system.
