In the past people felt that only homosexuals could have the AIDS virus and it will never reach to heterosexuals. However, this was false and the world has been punished for this mistake. The heterosexuals could have had the AIDS virus as well. Magic Johnson helped dramatically to bring this fact to the public. Before Magic Johnson's time, most people were greatly hateful and disturbed by Homosexuals. They did not want to be involved with them, not know how AIDS were transmitted. They were uneducated and thought homosexuals are morally and physically wrong. However, this all changes when famous actors and professional player, like Magic Johnson, who are very much heterosexual, have tested HIV positive. People then wanted to find out how, why, and what the AIDS virus was. We came along way from a hypocritical, anti-sexual society to a society that accepts their way of life.
