Fill up your sub-tanks by shooting the Creeper and grabbing the rewards.
Dash under Velgauder and hit him with Shotgun Ice. Do not use any sub-tanks.
To beat Sigma, climb up the wall, stay in the top left corner, and he will come after you. After he dashes under you, start to slide down, then hit him with an Electric Spark. Then, before he comes over, drop down completely. Repeat this until he's dead (maybe) Do not use any sub-tanks.
No! Sigma's not dead, this final form is perhaps the hardest boss in the game. But I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.
Wait for the hands to drop down and carry you up to his head, then hit him with the Rolling Shield. Throughout the rest of the battle, don't hesitate to use all 4 sub tanks.
