MMHP is probably the oldest MM site, and probably the best, too.  Check out the game hints.

This site has a really neat layout and gives great coverage of the original classics.

Mega Man Network is a site for the serious gamer, as it has almost no artwork section.  Nonetheless, a great site for guides, and the only place to find the sourcebooks for the X Series.

MMPC has neat little tidbits of info, and rare files for download.

MMXZ has the absolute best guides for the MM, X, and Zero series.
