This was probably one of the hardest interviews I did so far. Charles Johnson's name appeared as Charles J. in the games he did, so I couldn't do a search for his whole name. I had heard that Charles was teaching C++ classes in Texas so I began my search there. At this point, some of the other workers told me that his last name was Johnson so this narrowed down my search. I found a site that I thought he might have done, but I wasn't too certain. I e-mailed him for this was the closest match I could find, and guess what, it was the same dude who worked at Color Dreams. Enjoy the interview.
The Warp Zone :
What games did you work on? What was your favorite Color Dreams game?
Charles Johnson :
I always like Exodus best, even though I only worked on Spiritual Warfare.
The Warp Zone :
Did you use NinDraw?
Charles Johnson :
I've never heard of NinDraw. If I used it I didn't know it.
The Warp Zone :
If you have anything of your own you would like to tell me besides what I asked above, well then go for it.
Charles Johnson :
I had a good time working there. Became pretty good friends with both Jim and Vance. I had known Vance originally and it was through him that I came to Color Dreams.
The Warp Zone :
Thanks for answering these questions.
Charles Johnson :
No problem. Have a great day.

Spiritual Warfare - The game Charles worked on, Exodus - Charles' favorite Color Dreams game. Personally I liked Spiritual Warfare best out of the Christian Nintendo games though they all were fun to play. I then asked Charles about my Spiritual Warfare prototype, and this is what he had to say:
Charles Johnson :
I have no idea dude. Sorry. I enjoyed your document on Color Dreams
games though!
