Barbarians are almost the same as fighters but they can't wear anything other than leather armor. Barbs have higher constutions than fighters.

They have high con and the ability to campfire. Cons:
They can only wear armor that is made of leather.

This ability increases the amount of attacks while fighting but it does not stop you for talk to anyone or walk around and follow the person that your fighting instead of them running away when you berserk.
