Now, the two of these fine Cobra troopers have come from very different backgrounds. It doesn't matter what they are, just that everyone has a different path to Cobra. That is the process of going through the Background stage.
At this point, we assume that your applicant is 18 years old. If you wish to join Cobra now, that is fine. He just won't know much except what he learned in childhood.
But we all have had jobs or careers, correct? Well, this is that stage of the application. You tell use what you did in the past.
Each time you choose a background from the list below, you get the number of skill picks associated with it. However, you also age a total of 2 years. As a matter of course, Cobra is not accepting anyone above 30 at this point, so if you're older than 30, then you may not join our organization. There are always exceptions to the rule however.
First is a number of different types of schools that one might have
gone to. Please note that some backgrounds do have schooling requirements
that must be satisfied before ytou can take the specific background.

Once you have deteremined your backgrounds and totaled the number of skill picks you have received, you can start determing what skills you know and how well you know them.
