Again from Sarah Clevenger's book - Abraham and Lydia has a dgt named Sarah b. 1853 and died 1923. She married Amos E. Palmer s/o Elijah Palmer and Bethena Truax. Also Abraham and Lydia son Hiram married a Sarah. So not sure which one this is.

Judging from her appearance I would say she's the Sarah that married Amos Palmer. They're my ancestors and I have other photos of them to compare, several of which are posted here for everyone else to compare as well.
