Would this be George Clevenger, born 10/10/1714 in Monmouth, New Jersey, and died 1809 in Freehold or Frederick, VA?

I'm 99% sure this is the son of Abraham Clevenger, who is also featured in this collection.
Also, photography had not been invented in 1809.
