Poached Chicken

Breast

Bob calls this my "Yuppie Specialty" but we all

deserve a taste of the good life sometimes.

 

What you will need.

Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts

1 (8 oz. ) Tub of sourcream

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup of a good drinking white wine

Fresh sliced mushrooms

1 Package of Egg Noodles

(I prefer to make my own, but this will do.)

1/4 teaspoon White Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Thyme

 

OK we are ready to cook!!!

Boil your noodles till aldente. (Thats

just about done, but not mushy, or slimmy.)

Stir the soup, sourcream, half of the

mushrooms, the pepper, and thyme the wine

and let this sit till the noodles are done.

When they are done stir half of this mixture

in with the noodles. Put this in a lightly

oiled baking dish. (TryOlive oil.)

Then place the "RAW" chicken

on top. This will get to a temp. that you

won't have to worry about anything.

Place the other half of the mushrooms on top

of the chicken, and pour the rest of your

sauce over this. Cover with foil and bake

for 30 mins. at 350 degrees.
