
PorkChop Pastula
Robin This is a Winner for any man who is
craving Meat and Tators.
What you will need.
PorkChops (With or without the Bone)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) Tub of sourcream
1 cup grated cheese
(I prefer sharp cheddar)
Enough sliced tators for your group
Salt/Pepper to taste.
OK we are ready to cook!!!
Brown the Chops to a golden color.
While that is going on mix the soup,
sourcream and cheese together then stir in
them tator slices. Put all this in a lightly
greased baking dish, and lay the chops on
top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees
for 45 mins. Let this set for five min. to let
sauce settle then serve.
