Moch Duck

This may sound weird to some, but it's really good.

I got this one from my mother. So you know its good.

What you will need.

1 good round steak

1 box of Stove Top stuffing (Cooked)

1 package of brown gravy mix

fresh garlic minced

1 medium onion (Chopped or wedged}

3 good carrots (Sliced)

tiny red new potatoes (Quartered)

A good crockpot

OK we are ready to cook!!!

Take the round steak and beat it like you would your

old man for lookin at another chick. When this

is done smear the garlic on one side. Leave the

bits, and then Spread the stuffing over the same

side. Roll into a log, and place in crockpot.

Put the veggies in ontop of the meat, and pour

gravy over this mess. Turn the crock pot on low

and do what every you got to do. In about 2 hours

or when the veggies are done, Serve meat on a

plate, slice and enjoy!! The meat is tender if

cooked it slow enough.
