
Pavlova
What a sweet treat from the land down under!!
What you will need.
6 Egg Whites
1 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons corn starch
Just under 1 Teaspoon of Vinegar
Few drops of good vanilla extract.
Pinch of Cream of Tartar
Whipped Cream
Canned Manderin oranges, or Pineapple
OK we are ready to cook!!!
Beat the eggwhites, cream of tartar,
and vanilla till stiff. ( Sounds good to me )
Gradually beat in the sugar. Add vinegar &
Corn Starch.
Line a Pizza Pan (Or any round one)
with foil. Pile your egg mixture into it. Try
to make this as pretty as possible and give
the outside a little of a lip.
Cook this very slowly for 1 and 1/2 hours at
250 degrees.
Turn off the oven and let this cool in the oven
for just at 2 hours.
Place this on your serving platter.
Top with Whipped Cream and arrange the
Fruit in a swirl pattern from center out.
